It is being reported that John Kerry will announce at 1300 hrs EDT, that he
is conceding the presidential election to President Bush.
I must admit, this is surprising to me. I acknowledge that John Kerry has
done what is best for America in this concession.

--
President Bush has won re-election, and also
added to the GOP majority in the House and to
the GOP majority in the Senate
It's ALL OVER for Democrats.
Spokesman said "President Bush decided to give
Senator Kerry the respect of more time to reflect
on the results of this election."

i don't see how his conceding is *best for America* - i see what is best for
America is for all votes to be counted and recognized - to validate the
voters who came out and did their duty.

the voters deserve no less than that... have their voice and vote heard and
counted... give them some reason for coming out...since that is what was
asked of them... give back what they gave... if they are not going to count
all the votes... what sense was there for voting... and what incentive do
they have for voting next time... instead of thinking of the governement,
think of the people who did the voting... try and at least look at it that
way... i know you want to stand on a soap box all day... but you fail to see
who made this election what it was... the people ... and by not counting
their votes, you take away and diminish their value.

yes, it was just on the noon news here that he did in fact call GW and tell
him he would concede, which will give bush the needed electoral votes to
remain president for the next 4 years and Kerry is expected to make an
annoucement at 1 pm Eastern to that affect and then GW will be making an
annoucement around 3 pm Eastern

LMAO - now that IS funny

FOTOC ;)

although, 6500 is a little on the low side.... remember that in the court
docs it said that the business brought in approximately 2 mil $ selling
illegal devices... so... that would be FAR more than 6500.

i wonder if all his ex-customers have went to see if they have aids now from
getting fucked by worley LMAO

No, he is referring to the biggest luser and IMBECILE to ever show up
in alt.dss.hack who is now a busted former dealer of satellite hacking
equipment. This IMBECILE swore that his customer records were offshore
and encrypted, that he would pay the legal expenses of his customers
should they get sued by DirecTV, and that his products were 100%
legal. He then dared DirecTV to come after him, all the while ignoring
the advice of others to quit waving the flag in front of the bull, and
posted to the newsgroup about how he was kicking DirecTV's *ss. His
lawyers tried to steer him in the right direction, so his decision was
to fire them and fight DirecTV on his own (pro se). Well, DirecTV
stomped him and his associates hard and handily (to the tune of nearly
$5 million) AND they acquired his customer records which were supposed
to have been offshore and encrypted. Michale "EQ" Worley, a.k.a.
SwiftBoatVet, then posted on his website "Every man has his price and
DirecTV found mine" and he continues to be an IMBECILE who is no
longer allowed to post under his previous EQ nic and has consistently
used sockpuppets to try to draw attention from those who go up against
him in the newsgroups and warn others of his ways. His current
incarnation as a SwiftBoatVet is another of his attempts to dissuade
others from revealing his true character and repeated attempts to get
him to prove that he truly is a swift boat veteran have been met with
nothing more than his trademark dodging and weaving.

P.S. He is also the winner of several awards on alt.usenet.kooks
including Kook of the Month, Holy Order of the Sockpuppet, BOBO, and
possibly several others.

Never. Because I have not done anything like that.

Of course, you have yet to prove this absurd lie to anyone. LOL
But we can prove you lied when you claimed that I had said I had you in a
kill filter.
Plus there are so many other lies from you, too numerous to list.
Since you are running away like the coward you are, it makes no difference.
LOL

Of course, nothing of the above has to do with me. It is these losers
way of covering up the fact that they lost. They backed a loser and they
lost.
LOL.
It's easy for anyone who is interested to know for a fact.
Just ask Juan, kryppy sock, jet etc to provide you any proof of their
claims. They will fall faster than John Kerry in Election 2004.
LOL

Another lying sock. LOL
Why is it you cannot take a lesson from John Kerry and just admit you are
a loser.
LOL
Of course, if you had any proof of your claims, you might not be a loser.
But you cannot prove something that is not true.

Congratulations to Karl Rove who devised the campaign strategy of
Total Division and to GWB for putting Mr. Rove's strategy into effect.

Karl Rove's simple strategy for victory was one of DIVISION and
HATRED. He felt that IF the GOP could effectively DIVIDE the nation,
to polarize the electorate the GOP could put together a get out the
vote campaign to exceed that of the democrats.

The so-called *defense of marriage* issues on the ballot were
*red-herring* issues that were not really issues at all (all of them
passed overwhelmingly effectively demonizing gay issues) the *defense
of marriage* propositions were on the ballots in the states in which
they were to be employed as *get out the BASE vote* devices.
Rove felt that such initiates, who's passage was a certainly, would
get out the evangelical vote, the anti-gay, the homophonic vote who
would also vote straight line republican as well.

Mr. Rove's strategy was going to be risky in that, the GOP was going
to intentionally DEMONIZE their opposition.
As a nation we have always demonized external enemies to our nation,
however this time Mr. Rove's idea was to demonize his fellow
countrymen and call them enemies of the state, unpatriotic and
terrorist sympathizers....just as the nazi's did in Germany and the
communists did in the Soviet Union in order to gain and hold onto
POWER.

The DEMONIZATION of one's countrymen is a very risky tactic, simply
because if/when one wins with such a strategy, one must then figure
out a way to govern the WHOLE nation, half of whom are unamerican and
terrorist sympathizers, according to your campaign rhetoric.
One must figure out how to reconcile with and then govern those who
you have just spent millions upon millions of $$$$$$ demonizing.

How can you possibly govern your fellow countrymen, from the opposing
political party, whom you have just demonized as terrorist
sympathizers, unamerican, etc?

As we have just witnessed, such a demonization in order to create the
FEAR necessary for a GOP victory has proven to be an effective tactic
in winning an election, however it has yet to be proven how one can
effectively *govern* the polarized nation that is the natural product
of such a *victory*.

To his credit President Bush was conciliatory in his speech and he
said he would reach out to ALL his fellow countrymen (who just a few
hours ago were called unamerican and terrorist sympathizers) whom he
NOW concedes LOVE OUR nation.

Senator Kerry was equally conciliatory in his message.

The polls show 70% of the electorate wish for moderation and for a
reaching out to the entire electorate, with only a 30% fringe who wish
to advance the GOP political agenda and to the rest of the nation be
damned.

We have seen expressions from the lunatic fringe within that 30% in
here. They STILL preach DIVISION and HATRED. (their masters at
the RNC can turn ON the hatred, but they cannot turn it OFF when they
not longer need it - a sort of frankenstien monster- this hatred
becomes)

IF the divisionists and the haters are allowed to dominate the GOP in
leading the *healing* required to move the entire nation forward, then
the nations wounds will only fester and grow deeper and more
cancerous.

IF GWB can put aside political divisionism and really attempt to bring
OUR deeply divided nation together, then he deserves the opportunity
to do so, and if he is sincere I for one truly wish him the best of
luck.

Can one effectively govern those whom you have demonized, those in
whom you have inspired a hatred of, within your base, within your
group of followers?

We shall have an opportunity to find out in the next four years.

without any form of insult or demonization, as you have put it.
