Facts about E.Q.

Well, to explain that which is EQ it's easiest to give undeniable
facts and then there is suppositions:

Facts:

1. EQ sold smartcard technology hardware
2. EQ got busted by DAVE and took EQ to court
3. EQ said he'd NEVER settle or DaveTV would never beat him in court.
3. DirecTV won a judgment against EQ (i.e., EQ "lost") -- see
<http://www.hackhu.com/civil_cases.htm> or Case #CV-02-00292 DDP
(AIJx).
4. EQ didn't "settle". He got a judgment against him (see above).
5. EQ is the ONLY person (prolifically I might add) to post here in
ADH using his real NYM after losing to DirecTV.

Supposition:

1. EQ is a DTV mole. As part of his "judgment"/plea bargain, he
agreed to come into ADH and try and assist DAVE in disrupting ADH or
convincing people to do stupid things.


EQ is best dealt with with a killfile. Don't read any articles by EQ
(or now Q I guess). I have killfiled EQ a long time ago and it was
the best thing I ever did.

Why would you want to listen to the advice of someone who got busted
by DaveTV and still is hanging around here? Why is EQ here, but not
Biker, RAM9999, AOL6945, Ump25, Scott Gray? Why is EQ allowed to
talk/post here in ADH when no other busted dealer can?

Because I suppose EQ is a busted dealer. And it doesn't matter if I
can prove it or not, because I believe it to my own satisfaction and
no other explanation makes sense.

The final straw is that EQ refuses to flat-out state he is NOT a DTV
mole *AND* refuses to state what happened to him regarding DTV. Yes
that is his right, just as it is my right to believe he's a mole. He
chooses to not give any proof and I have none, therefore I make this
choice.

day there's still the great stories they once were when they first got
posted. I'd like to kick EQ in the nutsack for stealing my name Mr. Wizard
