I've read that the 13th Doctor is supposed to be a woman. Anyone still
here and have some thoughts?

It will be interesting to see how they spin the gender swap but other
than that I think it will be a nice change of pace. I only know her from
Broadchurch but she did a fine job in that show.

And if it doesn't work out they can always have a 14th Doctor next
season.

I've never watched Broadchurch, so I have no opinion on the actress.
I just hope it doesn't end up caught up in "social justice" instead of
making good television...

Even though I am a Leftist, yep, too much Social Justice. On Broadchurch. People of Diversity should have their own heroes. it is like trying to make a Caucasian shaft or Superfly.
