For those who missed the announcement over the Christmas / New Year
period, this is from the local TV Guide:

The British sci-fi show "Doctor Who" celebrates its 50th
anniversary in November and it will be commemorated in a
series of stamps. The Royal Mail is putting out a set of
stamps featuring each of the 11 Doctors and a second set
with pictures of some of the Doctor's enemies, including
Daleks and Cybermen.
