Is russellville becoming a wet town by other means

In the past few months has anyone else nothice all the new places opening or
applying for a liquor license, the town is becoming wet to a point and im
for one am in fav, of it.
what i know or heard
mickys blue fish grill, aproved for a license
ruby tuesdays, aproved for a license
dixi cafe is wanna to try to get a license, that is just hear say
the new convention center will most likely get a license
the new river boat, that is surpose to be at the state park, is saying it
will want a license also, and most likely will get it
dont forget the north 40 and the place at the holiday in i forget the name

if anyone else knows of any openings or anything they would like to add
please do so
