yes 1800 mgs brought me to a level beyond the 4th plateau. i drank
lots n lots of grapefruit juice (google it)

i realize people i have taken more than 1800 mgs, infact, i think the
most ever recorded online through forums was 2600 mgs, yes they did
live. Am i ever gonna try that? i dont know LOL
