Hi Everyone! a few years ago two friends of mine, coming from Gales UK
to Guadalajara, Mex to learn spanish. Came to "Sierra Madre Brewing
Co." a Small Brewery of fine crafted beer located in Monterrey in
north Mexico. They had tasted the several kind of beers brewed "in
situ" (fresh and right in the place) like: "Chipinque, Fraile,
Matacanes, Christmas Special, Regio Light" and the beer of the house,
and for me.. the best of the best: REGIO LAGER. They didn't get why
wouldn't exist a "Sierra Madre Brewing Co." in the UK with that kind
of fine beers and it's exceptional flavor, color, texture and body.
They who come from a very long traditional beer drinkers family wanted
to take all that found in SMBC to the Uk. Believe it or not SMBC is
proudly Mexican.
