Too steep and wet

My usual shortie as I am waking up. I find my self on a narrow
path walking and come to some very narrow, steep stone steps.
Guessing there is 4 inches of snow where I am walking. I start up the
stone steps. The snow is slushie, like it had a good rain or maybe
just melted snow. the higher I go up the steps the deep this slush I
am stepping in until finally the water/slush gets in my shoes. Really
cold and wet, so I am thinking I should get off this path and find
another way to get to the top and I wake up then.
