Lucid dream frequency?

On average, how many lucid dreams would most of you say that you have per
week/month/year, over how long you've been trying to have lucid dreams?


I've been going for three years and average around 1 a month, but for the past
few months it's been more like 1 a week or 1 every 2 weeks.

Anywhere from a couple times a month to 7 times a week. I've been having
lucid dreams for as long as I can remember.

When I did most my best in april and may I averaged 1.5 lucid's a night,
that was with 'reality checks' (my version: what if this IS a dream?),
keeping
a dream diary and rehearsing (visualizing) the symbols L U C I D D R E A M.
Now I only do the visualizing (no checks, no diary for nonlucid dreams) and
average
2-3 a week.

sorry to ask such a stupid question but are there any web sites where i can
learn how to have lucid dreams, i've always been curious and found this
group last week.

i've been experiencing LD since i was a kid. i thought everyone dreamt like
that until i saw an article about it in my early 20s. i used to LD at least
once a week but they're now very sporadic & average around once a month. i
subscribed to this NG to see how i can increase my frequency. i've never had
any special techniques.
