A total of 11,167 species may be wiped
out, the World Conservation Union said
in the first update in two years of its
Red List of Threatened Species.
Among species newly added are the wild
Bactrian camel and two Indian vultures.
The Iberian lynx could be the first cat
species to disappear in over 2,000
years, says the WCU.
### - well perhaps we'd better just add 'ourselves' as species 11,168
to the endangered list seeing as 'Peace' would seem to be an utter
anomaly in the history of the human race... plus the way we've been
going i think we deserve to be wiped out, not to mention having done
it to ourselves
i mean, unending war in the name of peace??? - that's just like
slavery under the banner of freedom! - such a lot of crap;)

How about an unbending intent to survive?
### - i think the human race really 'used' to have that

extreme complacency and a groomed mental/emotional illness that
negates life in-general...

so maybe we have a collective death-wish (i.e. sometimes it's easier

humanity is like the disturbed + lonely/abused child that secretly

something different & real in a time of utter confusion and emotional
angst... unfortunately it also suffers from bulimia and/or anorexia,

later life...

What they don,t tell you is that 100 000 new species were just created.
Life is a force to be reckoned with even comets have all sort of dna taxicabs on board.
Yeah, sure we have! I know it by my self...i can see the madness in my
mind...part of the madness of all humanity, and i can see it in my fellow
men, and what strange systems it evolves: whoa, whata planet!( but i dont
take it too personally, (at least, at times ;-)) So, now i see that
somehowall mankind has gone nuts, i wonder how to survive!Cynism?...nah...
Hard working?... worked for a while, but so do many now, in order to avoid
the inner emptyness and desperation, the same for War,drug abuse etc, etc .
I decided not to do this anymore, cause it was a lie, and i knew it. I think
what mankind needs is a vision that transcendends their puny egos, that
somhow gives a goal which is 'outside' 'this world'. A professor of mine put
it this way (hope you get it coz ,iknow,my english is crappy):
"If you put a rat into a bowl of milk, it will drown very fast. If you put a
small stick into the milk, the rat will struggle until the milk went butter,
and it will survive. This stick is god!"
And, what our more or less beloved Chacky Chan wrote, true or not, is quite
a powerful stick to me!

### - almost true!:) - personally i see it more in terms of people
becoming institutionalised at an early age who then become 'afraid' to
go out!
for example: i once knew this lady with a cat that had never been
allowed out of the house as a kitten and the result was it later
became 'terrified' to go out of the door + if you picked it up and
'put' it outside it would start walking backwards in any direction and
just keep going until you picked it up and brought it back in the
house again (made slider feel very sad because he likes cats and the
way they are quite naturally very independent and free and here was a
cat that was badly damaged through neglect and/or through the more
selfish agenda of one stupid human being)

I don't know. The explanation of conditioning has it's limits.
I cannot join the belief that the world will change if you change
conditioning.
I am more into looking at the theater of forces.
Here you see that no matter what conditioning- they will and must express.
So with all respect I skip conditioning as futile if I have a peak at
the theater.
I believe that if humankind wants peace it must make peace with those
forces first.
So far nobody agrees what the forces are. :) Not to mention the choice
alignment versus control.
However when I say peace I don't mean the result of no more wars.
When I say peace I mean allowing things to be how they are with no
resistance.

You mostly describe yourself as neutral observer, but I think that you
look at the world with the view of a healer most of the time.
No healing without diagnosis.

Good point.
But is it suicide or does it just look like one?
### - well what else would you call wanton acts of self-destruction?
(i.e. we are behaving like sick + disorientated whales deliberately
beaching themselves in order to die;)
>(made slider feel very sad because he likes cats and the

cat that was badly damaged through neglect and/or through the more

I don't know. The explanation of conditioning has it's limits.
I cannot join the belief that the world will change if you change
conditioning.
### - think of it more along the lines of having the computer-chip
that makes us deliberately docile + slow and painfully methodical etc,
being removed from our brain - or do you mean that if children were
raised in an enlightened world by enlightened parents that they
wouldn't tend to become enlightened also?:)
I am more into looking at the theater of forces.
### - ah, but then my-lady is strongly attracted towards the occult
pov no? (i think you already know slider's view on the potential
limitations of formulaic-magic no?:)
Here you see that no matter what conditioning- they will and
must express. So with all respect I skip conditioning as futile if
I have a peak at the theater.
### - personally i would have said that the occult-pov is arrived at
via a different 'kind' of conditioning and as such is no better (and
probably worse in the end) than the average daily-world pov when we
come to considering freedom from ritual and/or conditioning
altogether? - i mean, is there really any point in just swapping one
prison-cell for another? - plus wouldn't it be better ultimately to
maybe get-away from 'everything' corrupting like that and just be
ourselves, as we are, without the microchip implant for example?:)
I believe that if humankind wants peace it must make peace with
those forces first.
So far nobody agrees what the forces are. :) Not to mention
the choice alignment versus control.
### - well here at least we can agree in some ways... i.e. in my
observation if humankind wants peace it had best learn to 'respect'
those forces and stop trying to 'manipulate' them like he is a
mini-god or something - and because THAT type of behaviour is already
(+ basically) destroying the planet! (i.e. by identifying with any
force one automatically aligns oneself with it and thus opposes it's
polar-opposite in order to remain there... e.g. we become more and
more 'partial' and not more whole that way:)
However when I say peace I don't mean the result of no more wars.
When I say peace I mean allowing things to be how they are with no
resistance.
### - agreed... i mean we could start with a little 'self' respect and
learn how to extend that to others, and then to the rest of the world
couldn't we heh heh heh;)
> As long as they stay away from my Grand Cru.....

You mostly describe yourself as neutral observer, but I think that you
look at the world with the view of a healer most of the time.
No healing without diagnosis.
### - smile... well not really, although medical doctors are actually
trained to be good observers as well as good healers etc, plus i use
it only as a metaphor... for example: making many observations tends
to lead one to reaching certain conclusions later-on about whatever it
is one is observing is all (a bit like an MD eventually arrives at a
diagnosis from observing a patient, so you are also correct in a way:)

The ark of Noah?
### - ahhh, but you see slider walks through the world 'without' a
safety net my-lady + in full consciousness of that being the
situation? - an action that (from experience) gives-rise to +
maintains a very 'particular' awareness and/or balance of forces... a
very 'detached' type of awareness that is generally unhindered in its
observations;)
So you think the solution is in: everyone on his own?
I have thought so too.
Then I have seen to many with that view going up in smoke.
They retracted on a mental island indulging in the fantasy that they

### - yes we are totally on our own... but then we are also in the
world? - so imho it is just like everything else: a paradox we have
entered into and then usually fall-about drunkenly all-over the place
just trying to stand-up... people leaning one way or the other (or
even changing sides like jeremy did hehe:) but of course it makes no
difference really until those forces are brought into balance with
each other and then they become (turn into) another cup of tea
altogether! (no more inner-war for example;))
It was then that I decided to clean toilets instead.
The truth is that the others kicked me out from cloud number 7

The good part of the job is that after time you don't mind any longer

### - hahahaha what a terrible fate for my lady!! (LOL where are my

Nature is a ruthless bitch with no compassion.
But I can forgive her continuously with every sunset.
### - nature has no compassion that's for sure... plus i find your
remark quite moving in a way? - i.e. a sunset is sort of really the
end or the death of the day no? - so what you are also kind of saying
is that you forgive nature her total lack of compassion with every
little death she displays (a very paradoxical phrase/idea that
actually moves one's awareness a little so as to be able to appreciate
it the more;)
so actually my lady is also... a poetess! (nice one:))
Lucky you. White! I had a beige '87 for 14 years. It was a fleet vehicle
so it was no frills ... including no choice of colour ... there were
blue ones, and red ones, black ones, white ones and beige ones at the
plant ... so I said to the salesman 'Anything but beige' ... so they
shipped me a beige one ... no windshield defroster, standard, really
stiff steering ... but it was a good car. Very reliable ... only ever
broke down a block from home ... and always coasted into an available
parking spot. Very lucky car, but I never liked the colour. The only
good thing about it was that it was 'invisible'.

The only
good thing about it was that it was 'invisible'.
### - they truly 'are' invisible hehehe + very reliable, but my poor
old hoss' is getting-on a bit now at 18 years of age (i.e. last time i
took it to the auto-carwash we actually left several bits behind ha ha
ha;)
Doesn't matter what kind of car you have as long as you use
synthetic oil in it. They run forever IF you use this oil.
Did I mention to you that I sell Amsoil? Geez talk about a
plug huh? :)

Yes and when there are no sunsets visible we learn to love the rain. :-)
apologies for putting my nose in but this resonated RBB. Maybe the brain does
provide us with endless entertainment but I'm still trying to understand why
mine let me see you high up in my periphery vision a couple of times--must be
because you're in Amsterdam--saw ps in a dream in the same way. :-)

So true . . .

18 years is a good long life for a metal hoss'.

### - ahhh all it needs is just a new engine and a new body + all the
mechanics etc and she'd be as good as new <G> :)
Time to consider a DNR? ;-)

### - smile, something usually turns-up when it's needed... so until
then it's: slap on another coat of the 'ole dulux + chuck-in another
bucket of oil whenever rear-mirror visibility 'increases' to more than
20 yards on using hard acceleration ha ha ha!:))
I have an old Mitsubishi Montero that I bought with 130K on it
50K ago. I thought it was going to die on me any minute, but
it refuses to even break down. I'm afraid I'm stuck with it
forever. :-)

### - might be true! + lol, well now at least we know why the 'Rish'
used to drive around in a rolls royce? (personally i'm just glad i got
rid of the 50cc moped ;-)
Actually, that was Rashneesh (Osho) that had a Rolls fetish.
As far as I know, the Rish never had a car of his own; he just
got driven around in whatever was available. Things may have
changed in the decades since I last saw him, but in the time
I knew him, cars wuz cars and he couldn't tell the difference
as long as they got him where he wuz going.

Turned over 423K today on the
"Hotel Cheyenne". Chevy truck
that is. My next truck is gonna
be a Chevy too. :)
Isn't that a camper ?
I love campers. I have to visualize one!
> Isn't that a camper ?
> I love campers. I have to visualize one!
No my dear, this is a truck.
Stakebed truck with six wheels.
"Cheyenne" is the body type.
Low-end at that. Seems like
I live in that truck. It's
always nice to get home to a
real bed. Which reminds me.
It's time to go sleep. :)
Oh..still confused...
Pick-up truck.... big, big truck?
Post a picture, please.....
Have some nice dreams...
