"I Am the Walrus" by John Lennon
http://tinyurl.com/3t5sd

I am he as you are he as you are me and we are all together.
See how they run like pigs from a gun, see how they fly.
I'm crying.

Sitting on a cornflake, waiting for the van to come.
Corporation tee-shirt, stupid bloody Tuesday.
Man, you been a naughty boy, you let your face grow long.
I am the eggman, they are the eggmen.
I am the walrus, goo goo g'joob.

Mister City Policeman sitting
Pretty little policemen in a row.
See how they fly like Lucy in the Sky, see how they run.
I'm crying, I'm crying.
I'm crying, I'm crying.

Yellow matter custard, dripping from a dead dog's eye.
Crabalocker fishwife, pornographic priestess,
Boy, you been a naughty girl you let your knickers down.
I am the eggman, they are the eggmen.
I am the walrus, goo goo g'joob.

Sitting in an English garden waiting for the sun.
If the sun don't come, you get a tan
From standing in the English rain.
I am the eggman, they are the eggmen.
I am the walrus, goo goo g'joob g'goo goo g'joob.

Expert textpert choking smokers,
Don't you think the joker laughs at you?
See how they smile like pigs in a sty,
See how they snied.
I'm crying.

Semolina pilchard, climbing up the Eiffel Tower.
Elementary penguin singing Hari Krishna.
Man, you should have seen them kicking Edgar Alan Poe.
I am the eggman, they are the eggmen.

Insurgency and Counterinsurgency in Iraq
by Bruce Hoffman
http://www.rand.org/publications/OP/OP127/
Abstract:
For 50 years, the United States has had
ill-fated experiences in effectively
fighting insurgencies.
In counterinsurgency terms, Vietnam and
Iraq form two legs of a historically
fraught triangle -- with El Salvador
providing the connecting leg. In light of
this history, the author analyzes where
the United States has gone wrong in Iraq;
what unique challenges the conflict
presents to coalition forces deployed
there; and what light both shed on future
counterinsurgency planning, operations,
and requirements.

THE YEZIDIS OF KURDISTAN - ARE THEY REALLY
ZOROASTRIANS ??? [...] "The chief divine
figure of the Yazidi is Malak Taus ('Peacock Angel'),
worshipped in the form of a peacock. He rules the
universe with six other angels, but all seven are
subordinate to the supreme God, who has had no
direct interest in the universe since he created it.
The seven angels are worshipped by the Yazidi in the
form of seven bronze or iron peacock figures called
sanjaq, the largest of which weighs nearly 700 pounds."

What "Yezidi" Means The story of the Yezidis can be
traced back more than four thousand years--before
they came to be called Yezidis--until the trail disappears
into the mists of time. Based on few accounts, and those
often contradictory, it is complex and difficult to follow:

[Excerpt pg 24 of 69]:

"... Though still capable of composing myself and
dealing with the real world, I was nonetheless coming
apart. In the career of the magician, when they
reach that pinnacle of accomplishment and face the
outermost Abyss, it is assumed they will be able to
make a cautious and judicious approach before allowing
all that they have, and all they've become, to be
ripped away, as they are flung helpless into the Deep.
I was young, and rash, and simply could not see that
for all the care I took in avoiding disaster, the
things that I had set myself to study, and to attempt,
would lead me to face the destruction of my life as
I then understood it."

Curious situation
http://www.space.com/searchforlife/et_betterodds_050114.html
[...]
Pick up any good science magazine and you're sure to see
the latest in head-scratching ideas about superstring
theory, wormholes, or the stretching of spacetime itself.
Meanwhile, extrasolar planetary detection is on the verge
of becoming mundane.

"We are in the curious situation today that our best
modern physics and astrophysics theories predict that
we should be experiencing extraterrestrial visitation,
yet any possible evidence of such lurking in the UFO
phenomenon is scoffed at within our scientific
community," contends astrophysicist Bernard Haisch.

Haisch along with physicists James Deardorff,
Bruce Maccabee and Harold Puthoff make their
case in the JBIS article: "Inflation-Theory
Implications for Extraterrestrial Visitation".

The scientists point to two key discoveries made by
Australian astronomers and reported last year that
there is a "galactic habitable zone" in our Milky
Way Galaxy. And more importantly that Earth's own
star, the Sun, is relatively young in comparison to
the average star in this zone -- by as much as a
billion years.

Therefore, the researchers explain in their JBIS
article that an average alien civilization would
be far more advanced and have long since discovered
Earth. Additionally, other research work on the
supposition underlying the Big Bang -- known as the
theory of inflation -- shores up the prospect,
they advise, that our world is immersed in a much
larger extraterrestrial civilization. [...]

"... What was said was that culture is the shockwave of
eschatology. Nothing is unannounced. This is like a weird
quality of experience, you can't learn this from physics
or economics. (Maybe you can learn it from economics.)
Nothing is unannounced. Everything is preceded by the
shockwave of its coming. So somehow the spreading zaniness
of reality is part of the boundary-dissolving qualities
that are going to make up this new cultural mix of
disembodied human beings, nanotechnologically-maintained
environments, dissolved self-definitions, people living
at many levels at the same time; intelligence as a kind of
free-flowing nonlocal resource that comes and goes as
needed; prosthesis, implant, boundary dissolution -- these
things are usually presented as fairly terrifying. But in
fact I think behind it all lurks, you know, the demons who
do calisthenics in the angles of every room on this planet
to keep it all from collapsing into a flat line."

Perhaps Hal and his pal Kit Green can explain why they CAN'T remote view the
grey aliens and why they CAN'T use their psychic 'powers to fly the
extraterrestrial saucer at Groom Lake.

When they're finished with that, then they can explain why their minds are
so polluted with shit that no other telepathic or psychic mind can stand to
'listen' to the shit in their minds.

How could it be otherwise with a people whose chief deity

Forrestal, James V.
First US Secretary of Defense
There's a bronze bust at the mall entrance to the pentagon
inscribed as follows:

"This memorial to James Forrestal, as a spontaneous
tribute to his lasting accomplishments in providing
for national security and his selfless devotion to
duty, was erected by thousands of his friends and
co-workers of all rank and stations."

The "horrible truth" was known by only a very few persons:
They were indeed splendid little creatures, shaped like praying
mantises <http://deoxy.org/mantid.htm> , and were more advanced
than us by perhaps a billion years. Of the original group who were
the first to learn the "horrible truth", several committed suicide,
the most prominent of whom was James V. Forrestal. Yes, he
poll-vaulted with a fine triple back-flip to his psyops "death" from
a 16th story hospital window... And, the records - as they say - are
still sealed to this very day... Hhmm, except, that is, for these

ISLAM: A SEX POSITIVE RELIGION

Islam could be classed as a sex-positive religion.
Though it held many positions in common with
Judaism and Christianity, and many characters in
the Bible appear in the Koran, Islamic laws relating
to marriage, divorce, fornication, and other aspects
of sexual behavior are derived more from pre-Islamic
Arabic attitudes than from the Judeo-Christian
tradition. Moreover, the Greek ascetic attitudes
about sex were at first not particualrly strong in
Islam, although they later had some effect.
The key to Islamic outlooks on sex, as on so many
other things, is the teachings of the Prophet
Muhammed, who, true to the Arabic tradition,
regarded sex as a good rather than an evil aspect
of life. This still holds true today.

H. R. P. Dickson, a recorder of Arab customs
and mores, reported in the 1930s that it was

no exageration to say that sexual intercourse
is loved by the ordinary Arab above all pleasures
in the world. It is the one great pleasure common
to rich and poor alike, and the one moment of
forgetfulness in his daily round of troubles that
Badawin or townsmen can enjoy. Men and women
equally love the act, which is said to keep men
young, "just like riding a mare."

In this attitude the Arabs were simply reflecting
the teachings of Muhammed.
A nineteenth-century Muslim writer summarized
the Islamic attitudes.

Coition is one of the causes of the preservation of
health. Let him among you who is in a condition for
having sufficient copulation marry: marriage gives
moderation of the gaze and more obligatorily turns
one away from incest and adultery.

Before Muhammed, The Arabs were a male-centered
tribal people pacticing polygamy, circumcision, and
occasional infanticide, whose customs and gods were
being undermined by outside forces, Including
Christianity and Judaism. Though the Prophet modified,
changed, abolished, and reformed many traditional
Arabic customs and beliefs, the Muslim Arabs
remained a male-centered, polygamous society in which
women were regarded as inferior to men. Muhammed,
regarded by Islam as the last and greatest of the
prophets of Allah, was born in Mecca about 570 A.D.
and died there in 632 A.D. [...]

A new system of large telescopes, dedicated to the
search of the sources of high energetic particles with
energies of more than 100 GeV, like supernova
remnants and other exotic objects, will be opened on
September 28, 2004 by the prime minister of the

high-ranking guests from Namibia, South Africa,
France and Germany will attend the ceremony on the
Farm Goellschau in Namibia. The international project,
which is coordinated by the Max Planck Institute for
Nuclear Physics, is based on technologies from
particle physics. It provides a powerful instrument
for the young research field of TeV-astronomy,
and may for the first time allow the detection of
"dark matter" in the universe. The inauguration of the
four telescopes marks the completion of the
installation of the first phase of H.E.S.S.
The telescope system can start its work for the
benefit of the worldwide astronomical community.

Speaking of rocks, why not just say it simply:

There's two kinds of religion shit_head zealots on earth:

1. Those who know religion is all bullshit but use it to whip everyone up
into a maniacal killing frenzy in order to divide and conquer

2. Those who actually believe the religious bullshit and are too emotional
immature to realize they're being manipulated by group #1.

Better yet, perhaps someone can explain why anytime someone wants to
talk about 'remote viewing', about all they seem to be able to point
to is some very poorly controlled experiments from thirty years ago.

Imagine if other areas of knowledge "progressed" in such a fashion.

created a resonance which is recognized by other minds and therefore it's

Hello,
It is just a matter of dictionary skills. The word, Islam, means "under
God's
law/will/commandments" etc, which is where we all are trying to be. In
others words we all want to obey Father, and do as we think He wants
us to do. Actually He gave up on us long ago and decided to free us
with the last and final sacrifice, His Son. He made it so simple: all
we
have to do now is accept His Son . . . snicker snicker and a lot of us
cannot even do that . . .

In

### - only problem with such gleeful 'relegation' of self responsibility to some
all-powerful father-figure-type is it doesn't really do much for mankind's actual
advancement beyond that of being a good little slave to whatever 'doctrine' happens to be
around at the time, plus gives-rise to the rather common mantra of : 'it wasn't my fault,
i was only following orders'

still no one seems to know shit about anything other than waiting around for some neat
little pre-packaged soap-opera version of life to conveniently fall from the sky and into
their laps without anyone having to so much as lift a finger to even scratch themselves in
the process... and because they were good and all did what they were told???

i.e. imho the only sensible thing to come out of ANY religion is this concept of free
will... which basically means: whatever & whatever & 'whatever' ...it's still all down to
us 'personally' to look after, and be responsible for, all our own shit...

e.g. if 'you' pull the trigger then it's all down to 'you'

we reap what we sow down here.... literally :)

According to George Bush and the PNAC, they're doing God's will by attacking
the USA, murdering Americans, Afghanis and Iraqis.

George Bush's fundamentalist God is a real killer.

Makes one wonder why George Bush believes God created him.

I suppose that also means if some fundamentalist Christians decide George
Bush is really the anti-christ that their God will permit them to kill him
and all the members of the PNAC as the will of God.

When will we ever start accepting accountability for ourselves instead of
putting it in someone elses hands. I figure this is shear ignorance. I
suppose it will work for a while, putting faith in the father, but there is
a movement that says god is in our own heart without needing to go to any
outside authority. I beleve this is called maturity. Or at least a step
towards it. I have herd it said; 'I emagin that every one will be able to
communicate with the creator directly, and need no interpreter'. Does this
mean that everyone needs to become a priest. I do believe that everyone
could be given that authority over themselves. Mind you, that would take
power away from the church wouldn't it. Or would we all then have to be
labled insane.

When will we ever start accepting accountability for ourselves instead of
putting it in someone elses hands.

### - individuals do it all the time... but the masses of humanity might never fully
manage it... and perhaps that's the way it's supposed to be? (e.g. maybe only as much as
10% escape from every new generation)

I figure this is shear ignorance.

### - human beings take a very long time to grow up (to mature) and spend the longest time
as children (some never get out of it) - and these children are not stupid, just
uneducated... often deliberately so (e.g. if everyone had a university degree then who
would sweep the streets and/or do all the shit jobs etc:)

I
suppose it will work for a while, putting faith in the father, but there is
a movement that says god is in our own heart without needing to go to any
outside authority.

### - a good parent looks after their children properly (or is supposed to) providing them
with a safe area & environment in which to grow... but from my observations there are very
very few good parents on this planet;)

I beleve this is called maturity. Or at least a step
towards it. I have herd it said; 'I emagin that every one will be able to
communicate with the creator directly, and need no interpreter'. Does this
mean that everyone needs to become a priest.

### - "We can't all be priests, and there are many ways in which a father calls his
children home."--Cervantes :)

I do believe that everyone
could be given that authority over themselves. Mind you, that would take
power away from the church wouldn't it. Or would we all then have to be
labled insane.

### - if the (human) world is an insane asylum (as was suggested by Ken Keysey in his film
'One flew over the cuckoos nest') then it's the church and the doctors (the authorities at
large, the 'miss Ratchets' of the world:) who are keeping it that way...

but of course there are always some in every generation who have the (inner) strength to
escape through a side window :)

"We have to 'select' from life." --Cervantes :)

Real insanity-"the fool on the hill" variety is the way.

No matter how many worlds this civilization is extended to
there shall always be the poor in spirit amongst its members.

Many are human for the first time a few for the last time as
body bound humans-even if they keep a few abodes about..

The poor in spirit shall always be among us-Jesus

Fool On The Hill
(The Beatles)

Day after day, alone on the hill,
The man with the foolish grin is keeping perfectly still.
But nobody wants to know him,
They can see that he's just a fool.
And he never gives an answer .....

But the fool on the hill,
Sees the sun going down.
And the eyes in his head,
See the world spinning around.

Well on his way, his head in a cloud,
The man of a thousand voices, talking perfectly loud.
But nobody ever hears him,
Or the sound he appears to make.
And he never seems to notice .....

But the fool on the hill,
Sees the sun going down.
And the eyes in his head,
See the world spinning around.

And nobody seems to like him,
They can tell what he wants to do.
And he never shows his feelings,

But the fool on the hill,
Sees the sun going down.
And the eyes in his head,
See the world spinning around.

Deep in Jobs heart he doubted the purpose of creation.
The many levels of goings and comings, folding and unfoldings
He had "pity" on the less fortunate and "enjoyed" helping them.

Whoever heard me spoke well of me,
Those who saw me commended me,
I rescued the poor who cried for help,
The fatherless who had none to assist him.
The man who was dying blessed me;
I made the widow's heart sing.
I put on righteousness as my clothing;
Justice was my robe and my turban.
I was eyes to the blind
I was feet to the lame.
I was a father to the needy;
I took up the case of the stranger.

But the fool on the hill,
Sees the sun going down.
And the eyes in his head,
See the world spinning around.

I'm going to utter perhaps the greatest piece of knowledge anyone can
voice.
Let me see what you can do with it.
Do you know that at this very moment you are surrounded by eternity?
And do you know that you can use that eternity, if you so desire?
There! Eternity is there! All around! Do you know that you can
extend
yourself forever in any of the directions I have pointed to?
Do you know that one moment can be eternity?
This is not a riddle; it's a fact, but only if you mount that moment
and use it to take the totality of yourself forever in any direction.
You didn't have this knowledge before, now you do.
I have revealed it to you, but it doesn't make a bit of difference,
because you don't have enough personal power to utilize my revelation.
Yet if you did have enough power, my words alone would serve as the
means for you to round up the totality of yourself and to get the
crucial part of it out of the boundaries in which it is contained.
Your body is the boundary I'm talking about.
One can get out of it. We are a feeling, an awareness encased here.
We are luminous beings and for a luminous being only personal power matters.

THEN IT Fine-Ally
CAME TO PASS
THE ROAD RUNNER hath STOPPED ....The Coyotes Stunned made listenings.

The LORD Speaks from within his All Might Whirl Winds

Then the LORD answered Job out of the storm. He said:

"Who is this that darkens my counsel with words without knowledge?

Brace yourself like a man;
I will question you,
and YOU SHALL ANSWER ME.

"Where were you when I laid the earth's foundation?

Tell me, if you understand.
Who marked off its dimensions? Surely you know!

Who stretched a measuring line across it?
On what were its footings set,

or who laid its cornerstone-

while the morning stars sang together
and all the angels [a] shouted for joy?

"Who shut up the sea behind doors
when it burst forth from the womb,
when I made the clouds its garment

and wrapped it in thick darkness, when I fixed limits for it
and set its doors and bars in place,
when I said, 'This far you may come and no farther;

here is where your proud waves halt'?

"Have you ever given orders to the morning,
or shown the dawn its place,
that it might take the earth by the edges

and shake the wicked out of it?

The earth takes shape like clay under a seal;
its features stand out like those of a garment.

The wicked are denied their light,
and their upraised arm is broken.

"Have you journeyed to the springs of the sea
or walked in the recesses of the deep?
Have the gates of death been shown to you?

Have you seen the gates of the shadow of death ?
Have you comprehended the vast expanses of the earth?

Tell me, if you know all this.

"What is the way to the abode of light?
And where does darkness reside?
Can you take them to their places?

Do you know the paths to their dwellings?
Surely you know, for you were already born!
You have lived so many years!

"Have you entered the storehouses of the snow
or seen the storehouses of the hail,
which I reserve for times of trouble,
for days of war and battle?

What is the way to the place where the lightning is dispersed,
or the place where the east winds are scattered over the earth?

Who cuts a channel for the torrents of rain,
and a path for the thunderstorm,
to water a land where no man lives,

a desert with no one in it,
to satisfy a desolate wasteland
and make it sprout with grass?

Does the rain have a father?
Who fathers the drops of dew?
From whose womb comes the ice?

Who gives birth to the frost from the heavens
when the waters become hard as stone,
when the surface of the deep is frozen?

"Can you bind the beautiful Pleiades?
Can you loose the cords of Orion?
Can you bring forth the constellations in their seasons
or lead out the Bear [e] with its cubs?

Do you know the laws of the heavens?
Can you set up God's dominion over the earth?

"Can you raise your voice to the clouds
and cover yourself with a flood of water?
Do you send the lightning bolts on their way?

Do they report to you, 'Here we are'?

Who endowed the heart with wisdom
or gave understanding to the mind ?
Who has the wisdom to count the clouds?

Who can tip over the water jars of the heavens
when the dust becomes hard
and the clods of earth stick together?

"Do you hunt the prey for the lioness
and satisfy the hunger of the lions
when they crouch in their dens
or lie in wait in a thicket?

Who provides food for the raven
when its young cry out to God
and wander about for lack of food?

The Raven-1845

Once upon a midnight dreary,

while I pondered weak and weary,

Over many a quaint and curious volume of forgotten lore,

While I nodded, nearly napping,

suddenly there came a tapping,

As of some one gently rapping,

rapping at my chamber door.

`'Tis some visitor,' I muttered, `tapping at my chamber door -
Only this, and nothing more.'

Ah, distinctly I remember it was in the bleak December,
And each separate dying ember wrought its ghost upon the floor.
Eagerly I wished the morrow; - vainly I had sought to borrow
From my books surcease of sorrow - sorrow for the lost Lenore -
For the rare and radiant maiden whom the angels named Lenore -
Nameless here for evermore.

And the silken sad uncertain rustling of each purple curtain
Thrilled me - filled me with fantastic terrors never felt before;
So that now, to still the beating of my heart, I stood repeating
`'Tis some visitor entreating entrance at my chamber door -
Some late visitor entreating entrance at my chamber door; -
This it is, and nothing more,'

Presently my soul grew stronger; hesitating then no longer,
`Sir,' said I, `or Madam, truly your forgiveness I implore;
But the fact is I was napping, and so gently you came rapping,
And so faintly you came tapping, tapping at my chamber door,
That I scarce was sure I heard you' - here I opened wide the door; -
Darkness there, and nothing more.

Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there wondering, fearing,
Doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before
But the silence was unbroken, and the darkness gave no token,
And the only word there spoken was the whispered word, `Lenore!'
This I whispered, and an echo murmured back the word, `Lenore!'
Merely this and nothing more.

Back into the chamber turning, all my soul within me burning,
Soon again I heard a tapping somewhat louder than before.
`Surely,' said I, `surely that is something at my window lattice;
Let me see then, what thereat is, and this mystery explore -
Let my heart be still a moment and this mystery explore; -
'Tis the wind and nothing more!'

Open here I flung the shutter, when, with many a flirt and flutter,
In there stepped a stately raven of the saintly days of yore.
Not the least obeisance made he; not a minute stopped or stayed he;
But, with mien of lord or lady, perched above my chamber door -
Perched upon a bust of Pallas just above my chamber door -
Perched, and sat, and nothing more.

Then this ebony bird beguiling my sad fancy into smiling,
By the grave and stern decorum of the countenance it wore,
`Though thy crest be shorn and shaven, thou,' I said, `art sure no craven.
Ghastly grim and ancient raven wandering from the nightly shore -
Tell me what thy lordly name is on the Night's Plutonian shore!'
Quoth the raven, `Nevermore.'

Much I marvelled this ungainly fowl to hear discourse so plainly,
Though its answer little meaning - little relevancy bore;
For we cannot help agreeing that no living human being
Ever yet was blessed with seeing bird above his chamber door -
Bird or beast above the sculptured bust above his chamber door,
With such name as `Nevermore.'

But the raven, sitting lonely on the placid bust, spoke only,
That one word, as if his soul in that one word he did outpour.
Nothing further then he uttered - not a feather then he fluttered -
Till I scarcely more than muttered `Other friends have flown before -
On the morrow will he leave me, as my hopes have flown before.'
Then the bird said, `Nevermore.'

Startled at the stillness broken by reply so aptly spoken,
`Doubtless,' said I, `what it utters is its only stock and store,
Caught from some unhappy master whom unmerciful disaster
Followed fast and followed faster till his songs one burden bore -
Till the dirges of his hope that melancholy burden bore
Of "Never-nevermore."'

But the raven still beguiling all my sad soul into smiling,
Straight I wheeled a cushioned seat in front of bird and bust and door;
Then, upon the velvet sinking, I betook myself to linking
Fancy unto fancy, thinking what this ominous bird of yore -
What this grim, ungainly, gaunt, and ominous bird of yore
Meant in croaking `Nevermore.'

This I sat engaged in guessing, but no syllable expressing
To the fowl whose fiery eyes now burned into my bosom's core;
This and more I sat divining, with my head at ease reclining
On the cushion's velvet violet lining that the lamp-light gloated o'er,
But whose velvet violet lining with the lamp-light gloating o'er,
She shall press, ah, nevermore!

Then, methought, the air grew denser, perfumed from an unseen censer
Swung by Seraphim whose foot-falls tinkled on the tufted floor.
`Wretch,' I cried, `thy God hath lent thee - by these angels he has sent
thee
Respite - respite and nepenthe from thy memories of Lenore!
Quaff, oh quaff this kind nepenthe, and forget this lost Lenore!'
Quoth the raven, `Nevermore.'

`Prophet!' said I, `thing of evil! - prophet still, if bird or devil! -
Whether tempter sent, or whether tempest tossed thee here ashore,
Desolate yet all undaunted, on this desert land enchanted -
On this home by horror haunted - tell me truly, I implore -
Is there - is there balm in Gilead? - tell me - tell me, I implore!'
Quoth the raven, `Nevermore.'

`Prophet!' said I, `thing of evil! - prophet still, if bird or devil!
By that Heaven that bends above us - by that God we both adore -
Tell this soul with sorrow laden if, within the distant Aidenn,
It shall clasp a sainted maiden whom the angels named Lenore -
Clasp a rare and radiant maiden, whom the angels named Lenore?'
Quoth the raven, `Nevermore.'

`Be that word our sign of parting, bird or fiend!' I shrieked upstarting -
`Get thee back into the tempest and the Night's Plutonian shore!
Leave no black plume as a token of that lie thy soul hath spoken!
Leave my loneliness unbroken! - quit the bust above my door!
Take thy beak from out my heart, and take thy form from off my door!'
Quoth the raven, `Nevermore.'

And the raven, never flitting, still is sitting, still is sitting
On the pallid bust of Pallas just above my chamber door;
And his eyes have all the seeming of a demon's that is dreaming,
And the lamp-light o'er him streaming throws his shadow on the floor;
And my soul from out that shadow that lies floating on the floor
Shall be lifted - nevermore!

Mody Dick The Whirlwind of The Depths

Nor does this--its amazing strength, at all tend to cripple
the graceful flexion of its motions; where infantileness of ease
undulates through a Titanism of power. On the contrary,
those motions derive their most appalling beauty from it.
Real strength never impairs beauty or harmony, but it often bestows it;
and in everything imposingly beautiful, strength has much to do with
the magic. Take away the tied tendons that all over seem bursting
from the marble in the carved Hercules, and its charm would be gone.
As devout Eckerman lifted the linen sheet from the naked corpse
of Goethe, he was overwhelmed with the massive chest of the man,
that seemed as a Roman triumphal arch. When Angelo paints even
God the Father in human form, mark what robustness is there.
And whatever they may reveal of the divine love in the Son,
the soft, curled, hermaphroditical Italian pictures, in which
his idea has been most successfully embodied; these pictures,
so destitute as they are of all brawniness, hint nothing of any power,
but the mere negative, feminine one of submission and endurance,
which on all hands it is conceded, form the peculiar practical
virtues of his teachings.

Such is the subtle elasticity of the organ I treat of, that whether
wielded in sport, or in earnest, or in anger, whatever be the mood
it be in, its flexions are invariably marked by exceeding grace.
Therein no fairy's arm can transcend it.

Five great motions are peculiar to it. First, when used as a
fin for progression; Second, when used as a mace in battle;
Third, in sweeping; Fourth, in lobtailing; Fifth, in peaking flukes.

First: Being horizontal in its position, the Leviathan's tail acts
in a different manner from the tails of all other sea creatures.
It never wriggles. In man or fish, wriggling is a sign of inferiority.
To the whale his tail is the sole means of propulsion.
Scroll-wise coiled forwards beneath the body, and then rapidly
sprung backwards, it is this which gives that singular darting,
leaping motion to the monster when furiously swimming.
His side-fins only serve to steer by.

Second: It is a little significant, that while one sperm whale only
fights another sperm whale with his head and jaw, nevertheless, in his
conflicts with man, he chiefly and contemptuously uses his tail.
In striking at a boat, he swiftly curves away his flukes from it,
and the blow is only inflicted by the recoil. If it be made
in the unobstructed air, especially if it descend to its mark,
the stroke is then simply irresistible. No ribs of man or boat
can withstand it. Your only salvation lies in eluding it;
but if it comes sideways through the opposing water, then partly
owing to the light buoyancy of the whale-boat, and the elasticity
of its materials, a cracked rib or a dashed plank or two, a sort
of stitch in the side, is generally the most serious result.
These submerged side blows are so often received in the fishery,
that they are accounted mere child's play. Some one strips off
a frock, and the hole is stopped.

Third: I cannot demonstrate it, but it seems to me, that in
the whale the sense of touch is concentrated in the tail;
for in this respect there is a delicacy in it only equalled by
the daintiness of the elephant's trunk. This delicacy is chiefly
evinced in the action of sweeping, when in maidenly gentleness
the whale with a certain soft slowness moves his immense flukes
from side to side upon the surface of the sea; and if he feel
but a sailor's whisker, woe to that sailor, whiskers and all.
What tenderness there is in that preliminary touch!
Had this tail any prehensile power, I should straightway bethink
me of Darmonodes' elephant that so frequented the flower-market,
and with low salutations presented nosegays to damsels,
and then caressed their zones. On more accounts than one,
a pity it is that the whale does not possess this prehensile
virtue in his tail; for I have heard of yet another elephant,
that when wounded in the fight, curved round his trunk and
extracted the dart.

Fourth: Stealing unawares upon the whale in the fancied security
of the middle of solitary seas, you find him unbent from the vast
corpulence of his dignity, and kitten-like, he plays on the ocean
as if it were a hearth. But still you see his power in his play.
The broad palms of his tail are flirted high into the air! then
smiting the surface, the thunderous concussion resounds for miles.
You would almost think a great gun had been discharged;
and if you noticed the light wreath of vapor from the spiracle
at his other extremity, you would think that that was the smoke
from the touch-hole.

Fifth: As in the ordinary floating posture of the leviathan the flukes
lies considerably below the level of his back, they are then completely
out of sight beneath the surface; but when he is about to plunge
into the deeps, his entire flukes with at least thirty feet of his
body are tossed erect in the air, and so remain vibrating a moment,
till they downwards shoot out of view. Excepting the sublime breach--
somewhere else to be described--this peaking of the whale's flukes
is perhaps the grandest sight to be seen in all animated nature.
Out of the bottomless profundities the gigantic tail seems spasmodically
snatching at the highest heaven. So in dreams, have I seen majestic
Satan thrusting forth his tormented colossal claw from the flame
Baltic of Hell. But in gazing at such scenes, it is all in all what
mood you are in; if in the Dantean, the devils will occur to you;
if in that of Isaiah, the archangels. Standing at the mast-head
of my ship during a sunrise that crimsoned sky and sea, I once saw
a large herd of whales in the east, all heading towards the sun,
and for a moment vibrating in concert with peaked flukes. As it seemed
to me at the time, such a grand embodiment of adoration of the gods
was never beheld, even in Persia, the home of the fire worshippers.
As Ptolemy Philopater testified of the African elephant, I then
testified of the whale, pronouncing him the most devout of all beings.
For according to King Juba, the military elephants of antiquity often
hailed the morning with their trunks uplifted in the profoundest silence.

The chance comparison in this chapter, between the whale and the elephant,
so far as some aspects of the tail of the one and the trunk of the other
are concerned, should not tend to place those two opposite organs on
an equality, much less the creatures to which they respectively belong.
For as the mightiest elephant is but a terrier to Leviathan, so,
compared with Leviathan's tail, his trunk is but the stalk of a lily.
The most direful blow from the elephant's trunk were as the playful tap
of a fan, compared with the measureless crush and crash of the sperm
whale's ponderous flukes, which in repeated instances have one after
the other hurled entire boats with all their oars and crews into the air,
very much as an Indian juggler tosses his balls.*

QueeQueg The Harpooner

Now, there is this noteworthy difference between savage and civilized;
that while a sick, civilized man may be six months convalescing,
generally speaking, a sick savage is almost half-well again
in a day. So, in good time my Queequeg gained strength;
and at length after sitting on the windlass for a few indolent days
(but eating with a vigorous appetite) he suddenly leaped to his feet,
threw out his arms and legs, gave himself a good stretching, yawned a
little bit, and then springing into the head of his hoisted boat,
and poising a harpoon, pronounced himself fit for a fight.

With a wild whimsiness, he now used his coffin for a sea-chest;
and emptying into it his canvas bag of clothes, set them in order there.
Many spare hours he spent, in carving the lid with all manner of grotesque
figures and drawings; and it seemed that hereby he was striving,
in his rude way, to copy parts of the twisted tattooing on his body.
And this tattooing had been the work of a departed prophet and seer
of his island, who, by those hieroglyphic marks, had written
out on his body a complete theory of the heavens and the earth,
and a mystical treatise on the art of attaining truth; so that Queequeg
in his own proper person was a riddle to unfold; a wondrous work
in one volume; but whose mysteries not even himself could read,
though his own live heart beat against them; and these mysteries
were therefore destined in the end to moulder away with the living
parchment whereon they were inscribed, and so be unsolved to the last.
And this thought it must have been which suggested to Ahab that wild
exclamation of his, when one morning turning away from surveying poor
Queequeg--"Oh, devilish tantalization of the gods!"

Ahab The Captain of His Own Fate

]Son Of Abraham & Hagar Sarahs Servant Girl [
]Older Half Brother To Isaac the son promised by God [
]before Abraham lost faith and slept with Hagar [

[After laying chase to the Leviathan] MOBY DICK

"Lay it before me;--any missing men?"

"One, two, three, four, five;--there were five oars, sir, and here
are five men."

"That's good.--Help me, man; I wish to stand. So, so, I see him!
there! there! going to leeward still; what a leaping spout!--
Hands off from me! The eternal sap runs up in Ahab's bones again!
Set the sail; out oars; the helm!"

It is often the case that when a boat is stove, its crew,
being picked up by another boat, help to work that second boat;
and the chase is thus continued with what is called double-banked oars.
It was thus now. But the added power of the boat did not equal
the added power of the whale, for he seemed to have treble-banked
his every fin; swimming with a velocity which plainly showed,
that if now, under these circumstances, pushed on, the chase
would prove an indefinitely prolonged, if not a hopeless one;
nor could any crew endure for so long a period, such an unintermitted,
intense straining at the oar; a thing barely tolerable only in some one
brief vicissitude. The ship itself, then, as it sometimes happens,
offered the most promising intermediate means of overtaking the chase.
Accordingly, the boats now made for her, and were soon swayed up
to their cranes--the two parts of the wrecked boat having been
previously secured by her--and then hoisting everything to her side,
and stacking her canvas high up, and sideways outstretching it
with stunsails, like the double-jointed wings of an albatross;
the Pequod bore down in the leeward wake of Moby Dick. At the well known,
methodic intervals, the whale's glittering spout was regularly
announced from the manned mast-heads; and when he would be reported
as just gone down, Ahab would take the time, and then pacing the deck,
binnacle-watch in hand, so soon as the last second of the allotted
hour expired, his voice was heard.--"Whose is the doubloon now?
D'ye see him?" and if the reply was No, sir! straightway he commanded
them to lift him to his perch. In this way the day wore on;
Ahab, now aloft and motionless; anon, unrestingly pacing the planks.

As he was thus walking, uttering no sound, except to hail the men aloft,
or to bid them hoist a sail still higher, or to spread one to a still
greater breadth--thus to and fro pacing, beneath his slouched hat,
at every turn he passed his own wrecked boat, which had been dropped upon
the quarter-deck, and lay there reversed; broken bow to shattered stern.
At last he paused before it; and as in an already over-clouded sky fresh
troops of clouds will sometimes sail across, so over the old man's face
there now stole some such added gloom as this.

Stubb saw him pause; and perhaps intending, not vainly, though,
to evince his own unabated fortitude, and thus keep up a valiant place
in his Captain's mind, he advanced, and eyeing the wreck exclaimed--
"The thistle the ass refused; it pricked his mouth too keenly, sir;
ha! ha! ha!"

"What soulless thing is this that laughs before a wreck?
Man, man! did I not know thee brave as fearless fire
(and as mechanical) I could swear thou wert a poltroon.
Groan nor laugh should be heard before a wreck."

"Aye, sir," said Starbuck drawing near, "'tis a solemn sight;
an omen, and an ill one."

"Omen? omen?--the dictionary! If the gods think to speak outright
to man, they will honorably speak outright; not shake their heads,
and give an old wives' darkling hint.--Begone! Ye two are
the opposite poles of one thing; Starbuck is Stubb reversed,
and Stubb is Starbuck; and ye two are all mankind; and Ahab stands
alone among the millions of the peopled earth, nor gods nor men
his neighbors! Cold, cold--I shiver!--How now? Aloft there!
D'ye see him? Sing out for every spout, though he spout ten
times a second!"

The day was nearly done; only the hem of his golden robe was rustling.
Soon it was almost dark, but the look-out men still remained unset.

"Can't see the spout now, sir;--too dark"--cried a voice from the air.

"How heading when last seen?"

"As before, sir,--straight to leeward."

The Teachings of Don Juan

I am going to teach you the secrets that make up the lot of a man of
knowledge.
You will have to make a very deep commitment because the training is
long and arduous.
A man goes to knowledge as he goes to war, wide awake, with fear,
with respect,
and with absolute assurance. Going to knowledge or going to war in any
other manner
is a mistake, and whoever makes it will live to regret his steps.
When a man has fulfilled those four requisites there are no
mistakes for which he
will have to account; under such conditions his acts lose the blundering
quality of a fool's
acts. If such a man fails, or suffers a defeat, he will have lost only a
battle, and there will be
no pitiful regrets over that.
* * *
A man of knowledge is one who has followed truthfully the
hardships of learning,
a man who has, without rushing or without faltering, gone as far as he
can in unraveling
the secrets of power and knowledge. To become a man of knowledge one
must challenge
and defeat his four natural enemies.
When a man starts to learn, he is never clear about his
objectives. His purpose is faulty;
his intent is vague. He hopes for rewards that will never materialize
for he knows nothing of
the hardships of learning.
He slowly begins to learn--bit by bit at first, then in big
chunks. And his thoughts soon clash.
What he learns is never what he pictured, or imagined, and so he begins
to be afraid. Learning
is never what one expects. Every step of learning is a new task, and the
fear the man is experiencing
begins to mount mercilessly, unyieldingly. His purpose becomes a
battlefield.
And thus he has stumbled upon the first of his natural enemies:
fear! A terrible enemy--treacherous,
and difficult to overcome. It remains concealed at every turn of the
way, prowling, waiting. And if the man,
terrified in its presence, runs away, his enemy will have put an end to
his quest and he will never learn.
He will never become a man of knowledge. He will perhaps be a bully, or
a harmless, scared man;
at any rate, he will be a defeated man. His first enemy will have put an
end to his cravings.
It is not possible for a man to abandon himself to fear for
years, then finally conquer it.
If he gives in to fear he will never conquer it, because he will shy
away from learning and never
try again. But if he tries to learn for years in the midst of his fear,
he will eventually conquer
it because he will never have really abandoned himself to it.
Therefore he must not run away. He must defy his fear, and in
spite of it he must take the
next step in learning, and the next, and the next. He must be fully
afraid, and yet he must not stop.
That is the rule! And a moment will come when his first enemy retreats.
The man begins to feel sure of himself. His intent becomes stronger.

Learning is no longer a terrifying task. [ Are you here or
ANYWHERE? or BOTH? ]

When this joyful moment comes, the man can say without hesitation that
he has
defeated his first natural enemy. It happens little by little, and yet
the fear is
vanquished suddenly and fast. Once a man has vanquished fear, he is free
from
it for the rest of his life because, instead of fear, he has acquired
clarity--a clarity
of mind which erases fear. By then a man knows his desires; he knows how to
satisfy those desires. He can anticipate the new steps of learning and a
sharp
clarity surrounds everything. The man feels that nothing is concealed.
And thus he has encountered his second enemy: Clarity! That
clarity of mind,
which is so hard to obtain, dispels fear, but also blinds. It forces the
man never to
doubt himself. It gives him the assurance he can do anything he pleases,
for he
sees clearly into everything. And he is courageous because he is clear,
and he stops
at nothing because he is clear. But all that is a mistake; it is like
something incomplete.

If the man yields to this make-believe power, he has succumbed to his
second enemy

and will be patient when he should rush. And he will fumble with
learning until he winds
up incapable of learning anything more. His second enemy has just
stopped him cold
from trying to become a man of knowledge. Instead, the man may turn into
a buoyant
warrior, or a clown. Yet the clarity for which he has paid so dearly
will never change to
darkness and fear again. He will be clear as long as he lives, but he
will no longer learn,
or yearn for, anything.

He must do what he did with fear: he must defy his clarity and
use it only to see,
and wait patiently and measure carefully before taking new steps; he
must think, above all,
that his clarity is almost a mistake. And a moment will come when he
will understand that
his clarity was only a point before his eyes. And thus he will have
overcome his second
enemy, and will arrive at a position where nothing can harm him anymore.
This will not be a mistake. It will not be only a point before his eyes.
It will be true power.
He will know at this point that the power he has been pursuing
for so long is finally his.
He can do with it whatever he pleases. His ally is at his command. His
wish is the rule.
He sees all that is around him. But he has also come across his third
enemy: Power!
Power is the strongest of all enemies. And naturally the easiest
thing to do is to give in;
after all, the man is truly invincible. He commands; he begins by taking
calculated risks,
and ends in making rules, because he is a master.
A man at this stage hardly notices his third enemy closing in on
him. And suddenly,
without knowing, he will certainly have lost the battle. His enemy will
have turned him
into a cruel, capricious man, but he will never lose his clarity or his
power.
A man who is defeated by power dies without really knowing how to
handle it.
Power is only a burden upon his fate. Such a man has no command over
himself,
and cannot tell when or how to use his power.
Once one of these enemies overpowers a man there is nothing he
can do.
It is not possible, for instance, that a man who is defeated by power
may see his error
and mend his ways. Once a man gives in he is through. If, however, he is
temporarily
blinded by power, and then refuses it, his battle is still on. That
means he is still trying to
become a man of knowledge. A man is defeated only when he no longer
tries, and abandons himself.
He has to come to realize that the power he has seemingly
conquered is in reality never his.
He must keep himself in line at all times, handling carefully and
faithfully all that he has learned.
If he can see that clarity and power, without his control over himself,
are worse than mistakes,
he will reach a point where everything is held in check. He will know
then when and how to use his power.

And thus he will have defeated his third enemy.

The man will be, by then, at the end of his journey of learning, and
almost without warning he will come
upon the last of his enemies: Old age! This enemy is the cruelest of
all, the one he won't be able to
defeat completely, but only fight away.
This is the time when a man has no more fears, no more impatient
clarity of mind--a time
when all his power is in check, but also the time when he has an
unyielding desire to rest.
If he gives in totally to his desire to lie down and forget, if he
soothes himself in tiredness,
he will have lost his last round, and his enemy will cut him down into a
feeble old creature.
His desire to retreat will overrule all his clarity, his power, and his
knowledge.
But if the man sloughs off his tiredness, and lives his fate
though, he can then be called
a man of knowledge, if only for the brief moment when he succeeds in
fighting off his last,
invincible enemy. That moment of clarity, power, and knowledge is enough.

Anything is one of a million paths. Therefore you must always
keep in mind that a path
is only a path; if you feel you should not follow it, you must not stay
with it under any conditions.
To have such clarity you must lead a disciplined life. Only then will
you know that any path is
only a path and there is no affront, to oneself or to others, in
dropping it if that is what your
heart tells you to do. But your decision to keep on the path or to leave
it must be free of fear
or ambition. I warn you. Look at every path closely and deliberately.
Try it as many times as
you think necessary.
This question is one that only a very old man asks. Does this
path have a heart?
All paths are the same: they lead nowhere. They are paths going through
the bush, or into
the bush. In my own life I could say I have traversed long long paths,
but I am not anywhere.
Does this path have a heart? If it does, the path is good; if it
doesn't, it is of no use.
Both paths lead nowhere; but one has a heart, the other doesn't. One
makes for a joyful journey;
as long as you follow it, you are one with it. The other will make you
curse your life.
One makes you strong; the other weakens you.

Before you embark on any path ask the question: Does this path
have a heart?
If the answer is no, you will know it, and then you must choose another
path.
The trouble is nobody asks the question; and when a man finally realizes
that he
has taken a path without a heart, the path is ready to kill him. At that
point very few
men can stop to deliberate, and leave the path. A path without a heart
is never enjoyable.
You have to work hard even to take it. On the other hand, a path with
heart is easy;
it does not make you work at liking it.
I have told you that to choose a path you must be free from fear
and ambition.
The desire to learn is not ambition. It is our lot as men to want to know.
The path without a heart will turn against men and destroy them.
It does not take
much to die, and to seek death is to seek nothing.

For me there is only the traveling on the paths that have a
heart, on any path
that may have a heart.

There I travel, and the only worthwhile challenge for me is to traverse
its full length.

[ Did you make it this far Shaun ] [Took me 2 hours.-the price of freedom]

And there I travel--looking, looking, breathlessly.

Final tasks

1. Sit back. Look at your hands for thirty seconds.
As if for the very first time. Glance at them while..

2. Then saying out loud with quiet determination
" It took five billion years to make these "
" These are A-loan to me A-lone not mine"
" I am dreaming in I AM EYE'S Dream"
" AM Eye ready to be I AM that I AM" ...a creator living
in many worlds as guardian.

3. Listen to the song again

Snowflakes
by Just Jack
album:

Ice
I'm moving your mental feet
In complex dances and jigs
I loosen up your consciousness
Like a cyrical fix
It's time to emerge from camouflage, leaves, and twigs.
Time to throw away the fake noses and fright wigs.
Time to face the music, no more metaphors,
Time to decide your fate will you be cooked or go raw?
Will you be rare and bloody with your soul exposed?
Or well done-a charcoal surface with your insides froze?
And do you feel fear as you hear another door close?
Or will you just turn away and flow where the wind blows?
And are you still satisfied with the pathways you chose?
Or would you like to go back and rewrite the old prose?

Do you count the flakes when it snows?
And can you feel the heat or only the afterglow?
Do you count the flakes when it snows, yeah?
And do you count the leaves when they fall?
And can you feel anything at all?
Do you count the leaves when they fall, yeah?

And does it like sometimes feel like my big fake orgasm?
I got reaction, instinctive spasm,
in the chasm.
And do your problems metamorphose into rubix cubes,
keep twisting and turning becoming more confused?
And do you sometimes feel like you've been used and abused?
You're not visibly black and blue, but on the inside bruised.
And does your love life leave you feeling kind of amused?
You've played all the games and you're no longer amused, ha ha!

Do you count the flakes when it snows?
And can you feel the heat or only the afterglow?
Do you count the flakes when it snows, yeah?
And do you count the leaves when they fall?
And can you feel anything at all?
Do you count the leaves when they fall, yeah?

Sometimes it feels like I'm looking through pane of glass,
I can see your mouth move, but can't hear the words. (x8)

Are you on a path with heart?

Have you built any universes lately.

Are you willing too.

God waited 5,000,000,000 years for you.
Can you wait a 1000 how about 500...250?

Have you tried to stop the wind-thats how the deal is cosigned.

Matthew 17

And after six days -up into an high mountain apart,
Transfigured did shine as the sun, and raiment was white as the light.
There appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him.
Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to
be here:
if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and
one for Moses, and one for Elias.

While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them:
and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said,

This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.

When the disciples heard it, they fell on their face, and were sore
afraid.
When Jesus came and touched them, and said, Arise, and be not afraid.
When they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no man, save Jesus only.
When they came down from the mountain, Jesus charged them, saying,

Tell the vision to no man,
Until the Son of man be risen again from the dead.
His disciples asked him, saying,
Why then say the scribes that Elias must first come?

Jesus answered and said unto them,
Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things.
But I say unto you, That Elias is come already,
They knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed.
Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them.
Then the disciples understood that he spake unto them of John the
Baptist.

When they were come to the multitude, there came to him a certain man,
kneeling down to him, and saying,
Lord, have mercy on my son: for he is lunatick, and sore vexed:
for ofttimes he falleth into the fire, and oft into the water.
And I brought him to thy disciples, and they could not cure him.

Then Jesus answered and said,
O faithless and perverse generation,
how long shall I be with you?
how long shall I suffer you?
bring him hither to me.

[ THE POOR IN SPIRIT SHALL ALWAYS BE AMONG YOU ]

Jesus rebuked the devil; and he departed out of him: and the child
was cured from that very hour.

Then came the disciples to Jesus apart, and said, Why could not we
cast him out?

Jesus said unto them,

Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you,

If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto
this mountain,

Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing
shall be impossible unto you.

Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.
While they abode in Galilee, Jesus said unto them,
The Son of man shall be betrayed into the hands of men:
They shall kill him, and the third day he shall be raised again.
They were exceeding sorry.
When they were come to Capernaum, they that received tribute money
came to Peter, and said, Doth not your master pay tribute?
He saith, Yes. And when he was come into the house, Jesus prevented
him, saying,
What thinkest thou, Simon? of whom do the kings of the earth take
custom or tribute?
of their own children, or of strangers?
Peter saith unto him, Of strangers. Jesus saith unto him,
Then are the children free.

Time Warrior

Time warriors search the ancient dreamscape of the Earth
Into the cadence of ice sung through the echoed trees of the sun
Endurance and entropy granted safe passage on the pathways
Lava doors that dismantled rocky tombs in desert mornings stars
Decaying flashes of horrors edifice brought to the windows of eternal pain
Rotted flesh of the uncalled for sacrifice cast asunder by the wind an
rains
Deadly blotched and matching idled meshes of ungodly machinations
An artifice torn from the clutches of the hell bound conductors
damnation train

Went to see the old doctor
He told me about
Perfect failure bindings
He called them either oars
You've got two choices
Thorazine or artist trees
Spoiling for flight
I begged a compromise
Surgery for my xyz omegas
Lobotomize my alphadelta abc's

A light shines through lingering clouds after the mighty storm
Only weapon left a triple rainbow never again the idea of form
A soft cloth for my face a thousand cloaks scattered by the wind
Each tear is a day of fear and now is the sadness that falls away
Alive are those who mourn the anger and sorrow that they've borne
Morning dews shall end as only the brave have the courage to weep
In dusty mausoleums we drink from the book of days silently awaiting
Demolition of our five-star hotel all the while pretending the pretense
To own your own life there is no secret each day one must begin again
Knowledge is power and will make you a King until pride comes whispering
You are God you are above the law make your opponent's kiss your ring
Start again
Start again
Rhythms that balance the finisher is the ancient song of the tortoise
and hare
You can listen humbly or laugh and curse your fate without a thought or
care
As a child all the fables seemed oh so clear you are much the wiser for
having fallen
Dream warriors cannot offer love as Mercy
Dream warriors cannot offer love as Justice
Dream warriors offer a corridor as a pathway
A safe passage so take it while its still there and you still can
We both know your pain is comforting and we understand you knew the plan
The dream warriors rests now his eyes wide open staring at timescapes
open door
Time is gravity's hope invincible across the four bidded starry walls
and open floors

THE LAW

They under estimated my endurance
Since the moment the world went forth
Some call me Lucifer
Some call me The Joker
Some call me The Dreamer
Some fall to their knees and call me God
Some just call me Harry Bob or Crazy George
The only ones who annoy me are the ones who call me collect

I built walls of riddles and rhymes
I built quests for grails & sacred times
I built a wave for black clouds of nothing
So they would have something to see and become
I sing every song first before that that song is ever sung
I sing its first sounding out the notes before it is ever heard

You,ll see me in the mountains
When I AM What I AM a bird hooting in the night
You,ll see me in the clustered stars
A super nova sent to settle things back to right
You,ll see me at the graveyards
I am the doctor who repairs the broke and sickened machines
The only goal there ever was-is to not be-forever all alone again

For that I create everyone
For that I create everything
For that I build every type of world
If ever you truly know you have had enough
So we both are as one completely assured as a finale
I,ll shut your book-close down your light and mourn your passing
With love and a formal apology be yea killer or mother-sinner or saint

In matters of war I shall not ever be defeated
Though the outcome you may not approve I know the ALL of IT
I dreamt the rhythum that built this world
You laid waste to tender lands you said you would protect
In your boredom and debauchery you dreamt of testing my power
With that single thought you awoke my lover from her lofty bower
I have come with my fury forged diamond eyes
My golden left hand-clenched and wrapped in eternal fire
Five stars follow at the hidden right hand of my footsteps
A piece of my soul I sent to become one of the people called light
Know and feel the coming of tone who calls the universes into view
The Lord has come his vengeance to exact
When the pain has been seized then ceased
Then and only then should you dare shout pax
You shall once again praise the earth sea and sun
Returning to the cool valleys you once tended in the breeze
With a strong gentle handed loving worthiness of the soils worth

The Wrath
Those among you who could not turn back from true evil as sport
Shall spend a trillion years alone with a copy of me in the darkness

I shall estrange you
I shall rearrange you
You'll forget your very core
You shall beg me for your name
When I set you free
Only the eternal machine
That once housed your essence shall remain
That which was you shall not be forevermore
Eternally dammed within the madness of The One
Who owns the musical keys and built times symphony of doors
Each life goes by in the blink of an Eye
I was once inside you and you were once inside The Eye
Both doing time-inside the mind-for imaginations crimes
Now you try catching up-in little codes of dots and dashes
In a final realization of a need-to truly lay down and confess
I AM WHO I AM...I know what you really fear
-is that the tables shall be turned and you'll be
-put once again to Ones infinite acceleration test

Love came as The Devil in disguise
You couldn,t hear a word he ever said
Visions used as weapons blinding your eyes
It is whispered whom god hates shall first go insane
That is-the exception-that proves-the rules of The Game

With magical visions you hide in a womans disguise
Making pretense to a long haired damsel in distress
Yet clearer minds see the magical vision in your eyes
They know that to now unmask you is to cause your demise
I laugh knowing every move you make-as you struggle to confess
Your every motion-is times ugly quicksand-lending a guiding hand
In your boredom and debauchery you dreamt of testing my power
With that single thought-you awoke my lover from her lofty bower
I have loved her and she has loved me for more eons than there are
Across more oceans than your ever to be allowed to see or know
You simply cant face you,ve been tricked-into playing the villian
In a true love story-the bell tower always crys out-and insists be told
Whatever way or world they go to or by happenstance should find
They end up laughing at the ones stupid enough to play villians
Whilst screaming-in their earthen ecstasy-dirt lovers-that they are
So go now and twist in the wind eternally where dissonance is THE LAW
Because true love won-once again-as it always has-so many times before
Your unsought unneeded fully payed and bought confession is the proof
Until you've loved and desired someone more than all-including self
Until someone has felt the same-that you are more important than they
It shall remain impossible to understand-why-they call real love TRUTH
With love in my heart
With truth in my soul
With justice in my mind
With power held in my hands
I condemn thee into the hell
Black Wind Eternal Dissonance

No Cares on Tuesdays Child

I see a tree
The trees just like me
Its got roots and leaves
That move in the breeze
I see a path
Made out of stone
Poured by some men
Who were out on a loan
I see a wall
Big blocks of stone
But its really not tall
Standing all alone
Walking down the street
I sing about it all
Moving with my feet
So grandpa doesn,t fall
Theres no cars riding by
Disturbing my cares
So I sing instead of sigh
Even my voice moves the air
Its all tied together
In one neat little bow
Its all right in front of you
Thats what you should know

I don't know about warriors any more, but lately I have been getting a
lot of meaning and enjoyment out of looking through a window in time
of sorts.

My mother's diaries start in 1940, when she was 16. Reading them is
very much like having a window into another world. Small town
Oklahoma, right before WW II. And then .. the war years. It's an
amazing drama...

Well of course there's He; it's very commonly used in toy balloons
here in the US, and probably a byproduct of uranium mining.

I doubt it's *used*, but it's most likely down there because
of alpha decay. However, it's apparently also present in
so-called "natural gas":

Yeah, supposedly we could,t have gold and many other heavy elements
unless in this system a gas cloud already condensed , lived as a star
and exploded . The temperatures required for fusing that many sub elements.

Yeah, thats a root truth.
Not a popular one though.
Our consciousness as stewards of the tools of life.

Did you like the tune.
I use it in compilations after a 3-4-3-4-5-4-5-5
intensity progression of songs
To start a new cycle.

Sometimes I say " Who wrote that dam thing"

It is a turning of the bend in the road tightly expressed.
Its one of my more favorite riffs.

Wow, is it written in that novel style people favored.
Back before modern communication many more
people took writing serious. I think in some ways
that idea is coming back.

I do like it. Simple two chord structure, and the lyrics ... seem
deeper than they are if you stop and analyze them. But for some
reason I really like it. Seems like a worthy attempt to paint a
picture of "the process" by ... some youngsters. :-)

Hope you have a good 2005.

It seemed to hit on a lot of things that have been running through my
head lately.

You know, actually it isn't written in novel style at all. It is
short and usually quite factual. It just hits the highlights. And
yet ... because I know the land where it all takes place, and because
many of the main "characters" are relatives of mine, even the smallest
factual details become fully fleshed out for me.

If she says: "Drove up to Spavinaw," I see a narrow winding highway
through scenic northeastern OK hills leading to a place where water
rolls over the top of a dam down into a pretty creek:
http://www.grovestreet.com/jsp/onepic.jsp?id=596286

And when on December 6, 1941 she finds it worthy of note that her dad
gives her a dollar, and turns down a date because she's in love with
another boy, I know what is going to happen the next day and the
effect it would eventually have on her life...

But it's not in long descriptions; it's all in little phrases, and in
the way she writes something every day. She goes to "the show". She
thinks things are "swell." Some gets "bawled out". She "felt blue
and cried". Going out dancing's the thing. And everyone writes
letters. She continually writes letters to her boyfriend. And she's
always hoping for a letter in return...

It's way better than this, actually. But I can't tell the story
without writing a lot of intimate details.

Yup. Reminds me of that "American Beauty" movie with Kevin Spacy

He says "You know how people say 'this is the first day of the rest of
your life" ..well
sometimes it really is the first day of THE REST of
your life
well this really is THE REST and last day of my life.

Thanks me too.
Same to you also.

Yes humble rebirth to the mystery and joy of life.

Right pearl harbor but you know and she doesn't.
1000 times more personal than a novel.
I wonder if she could subtley sense you reading in the future.
