[Gwen of Weifar]

One evening, the door to the inn opened revealing a young lady. She stood in the doorway for a moment taking the place in. She wore a maroon hoodie, jean shorts, and tennis shoes. When her eyes adjusted to the light, she stepped inside. Over to the bar she walked, hands shoved deep into the hoodie's pockets, head down. Although she was reserved and didn't make eye contact, there was a hidden energy, a power that accompanied her movements. It was as if some vague shape was there, just below visbility, but still with her.

Around her.

As she reached the bar a patron came down the stairs and, not looking, bumped into her. Rounding on the man, she did an "oh!" of surprise. The power about her crackled, and the form of great shadowy jaws snapped at the man. He started and stumbled back, frightened.

"Sorry, sorry!" He exclaimed, hurrying on his way to anywhere else. She watched him go, a sad look coming to her face. But then Hugh called to her form the bar.

"What'll you have lass? Be staying long?" She shook her head. It wasn't the first time that had happened, and it wouldn't be the last. She just had to accept it.

"No. Just a couple days," Said the girl. "Do you have any noodles? I could use a bite to eat."

After calling it back to the kitchen, Hugh turned back to her and asked, "So, do you have a name lass?"

"Gwen," she answered. "Gwen of Weifar."

Gwen is on mission for someone. She may or may not be in people's stories. Although she could be a story starter, for the moment she'll be passing through occasionally, staying for a few days at a time, and then moving on. But she'll be back going the other direction. She travels a lot. I'd like her to run into the other characters at the inn, especially the staff.
