I'm rapidly getting a headache trying to chose a domain name registering
service. So many companies are offering apparently very cheap services -
typically £10-15 per 2 years for a .co.uk or £34 per 2 years for a .com
domain.
The problem is ... will they do proper email and web forwarding to my
established www.clara.net mailbox and my websites? Some put banners on your
pages (I
think) or charge extra for not doing so! So far I've peeked at easily.co.uk,
uk2.co.uk, easyspace.com and freeparking.co.uk. and it would be nice to hear
from satisfied (or otherwise) customers.
Mike.

When you buy a domain name be careful of the hidden cost should you
want to move the name there will be a cost a recent friend bought a
domain name for £5.95 but by the time he had moved it it cost £95.00

Have a look here if you want something different and be a CXer

Depends on any other charges that they might have, such as a one off admin
fee or a fee to move your domain to another server. I would also check out
there terms and conditions for any hidden catches.

You might also find that they charge over the top for some of there other
services, so check out the prices for the whole package.
