Disneyland to host Animation Art Event

I picked up the following information at the Disneyana Shop on Friday.

Disneyland wil present Collecting Walt Disney Animation Art featuring "The
Ladies Behind the Magic" on Saturday March 27 1999.

From 10a -11a a series of lectures on Collecting Animation Art will be
delivered at the Golden Horseshoe. They are listed as:

Historical Reflections on Collecting Animation Art
Learn about the Care and Preservation of Animation Art
How to Collect Disney Animation Art

From 11a - 4p the Disneyana Shop will house art demonstrations by Disney
Studio's Ink and Paint Dept.

The paid event at $35 will be held in the Country Bear Playhouse. It will
include hors d'oevre reception, panel discussion and meet & greet and is
listed as running from 4;30p to 6:30p. The panel discussion will be "The
Ladies Behind the Magic". Six ladies that have retired from the Studios Ink
and Paint Dept. They have also included a Disney Costume Designer and the
current manager of the Studio's Ink and Paint Club.
