add/#ADD code update: v0.3b

Thanks to some bug reports from Jeff Graebner and plenty of suggestions
from Jeff, AdrienneAlpha, Nap, and Sean, the add/#ADD code generator has
been updated to version 0.3b! There have been a few minor modifications
along with the additions, so if you've generated a v0.3a code, please go
back and do it again for 0.3b.

Thanks for taking on this project, Andrew. With all the additions, my code
sure is getting to be long! I'm also amazed to realize how many ADD events
I've now attended...
