add/#ADD code version 0.3a

Announcing the add/#ADD code version 0.3a, including the new add/#ADD
code generator! http://www.project-insomnia.com/addcode/

This new version of the code incorporates several new variables to
further define yourself as an a.d.d-er and/or #ADDict -- and now includes
the #ADDict code as well, for those who participate in the #ADDisneyland
IRC channel on DALnet.

The new generator page accepts your selections in an HTML form and
automatically generates your add/#ADD code in the new v0.3a format.
Soon, you'll be able to take a code and drop it into the add/#ADD code
Decoder, which will then tell you everything you ever wanted to know
about the person whose code you're checking.

I invite everyone to come to the add/#ADD code page and try it out -- and
be sure and let me know what you think (especially if you find any bugs).
