I want to do a 301 redirect but I'm not a very experienced web designer and
don't use Wordpress or any of that. My site is simple and hosted at my ISP
and I access it with a simple HTML Editor using FTP.
So I'm moving our SOHO site to a newer better domain name, hosted at the same
small ISP.
Is it possible to do a simple HTML 301 redirect without a htaccess file?
