centering buttons at bottom of page

I have been working on a webpage and I host it myself from home. It is
http://ross.dyndns-at-home.com. I am having trouble with the photo album
button and home button in the gallery pages. They appear just right in ie8,
but they don't stay bottom center in firefox, safari, or opera. Can anyone
give me some help. the specific page the problem is occuring at is
http://ross.dyndns-at-home.com/gallery1.html Again thanks ahead for any
help and advice you maybe able to send my way.

It's a 404 for me, Opera 11 Win7.
Have you tried running the page through the validator and fixing any and
all errors? [http://validator.w3.org] Have you validated the CSS?
[http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/] Are you using the developer tools,
Opera's Dragonfly is really good at finding out these kinds of things.
