I'm currently in the process of updating our Business Continuity
document. It is becoming an admin nightmare trying to keep track of
all employee contact info, etc. Just wondering if someone could
recommend software that helps handle this.

There are several packages you might want to look at. Strohls is the
big one, but definitley at the high end. Crisis Commander also looks
good.

But with LDRPS for any custom reports you need to know Crystal reports
