I have had no success at finding a program that I can use.to earn
money.
I can use computer very well from my wheelchair. I have plenty of
time and a strong work ethic, Does any one have any success with any
of these programs?

I've found that the online surveys allow you to earn a little money that way, if you're satisfied with an amount well below the US minimum wage.

I've also seen listing for a number of jobs you can do as a telecommuter, mainly in sales or marketing. Many of these actually require some travel, even if only to visit your neighbors.

Jobs in the career I used to follow before I became disabled almost always require working inside the company's building, in order to keep control of proprietary information, though.

Some areas have a program to help the disabled return to work if they want to. You might try searching through the telephone directory for your area to see if you can find such a program.
