«Become associated artist in the field of skateboard.
If you believe to have what it takes to become a good skateboards
graphic designer...»

My name is Pat , I'm developing a graphic design project for
Skateboards and Snowboards company. So we are seeking to diversify our
graphic gallery that international customers can consult and buy. We
need fresh creative young artists ready to expose their works for a
period of 1 year or until a customer appears to buy the production. I
wish it will interest some graphic designer or artist passionate by
graphic design and skateboards.

Artwork file required:
Electronic medium: vector file, Adobe Illustrator eps 8.0/9.0 . All
document in 10/35 inches size, images embed, typography outline, color
CMYK or Pantone.

Please visit Kamikaze Graphic Studio site for complementary

1. If you want to get more clients, then make the text on your site
readable.
2. Why are you trying to 'sponge-off' young designers?

Pat,

I'm in the middle of updating my site. So yes, a lot of the links don't
work. I never claimed to be perfect. Yes, you are trying to 'sponge-off'
people.

Please rephrase that in English and I'll reply.

I only responded with the amount of respect your post deserved. I took a
look around your site, some of the portfolio work is very good in my
opinion, but I think the text is illegible, as I said in my first post.

Any way Matt , I don't have time to loose on this type of situation!
I don't think you got Kamikaze concept right and it's fine for me
(probably because of the «illegible» site)...

The concept is simple. I have been working for a skateboard
manufacturer for 5 years now, I did stuff for a lot off brand and shop
. At the same time I'm responsible for the graphic production of the
world wide OEM client. I quickly realize that most of these client
have poor «cheese» graphic to offer. So I thought about creating an
collective artist project to help them out.

!!!By the same time the point is to help underground graphic designer
and young artist to get exposure a make money!!!

For sure any artist will get a compensation for his work. The idea is
simple, we leave the artist the freedom to fix the price for the
artwork. So I don't know where you get that 'sponge-off' thing???

Thanks

The way your original post was worded implied that artists would only be
paid if their work was used. That's not good business practice nor is it
very respectful.

Thanks,

I like your site.

I like your concept.

Forgive me if I have some worries left about sending you original EPS
files upfront.
Can you understand my feelings?

Could you explain something more about how the working proces between
you, artist, client, is going to be?

I couldn't get access to examples/references of what your business has
done. Who you are.

Could you give a _very_ rough indication of what to ask for board
design?

Are there board-shaped templates on which to design on?
