All those gradients are probably going to pump up your file sizes. May
want to limit it more.

Hi,
I think the white letters at the top are unneccessary. It looks like
garbage text and doesn't add anything. I don't like the
blue/purple/pink scheme by itself or played against the orange
buttons. The gradients seem unneccessary as well and distracting.
I can tell your one icon is a laptop, but I don't know what the devil
is supposed to be, or what that middle thing is. Or that purpole
thing by your comment box.
oj
the colours are just nasty, pink and blue just look babyish
the illustration styles should be uniform, the mix of styles and quality of
image look bad.
the form boxes are way to small, make them deeper like a standard form box
the text content is unformatted and theres way too much of it, try to make
the text exciting, something as simple as bullet points and indentation may
work
drop the graphical buttons, use html text links with a formatted background,
it works better, the text will be clearer and the site will simply be more
usable.
altogether the site is very compact, my design (see newer post) is compact,
but the info is presented in easy to read chunks, theres just too much block
info.

the "devil" is a well-known industry standard icon for Free BSD - just like
Tux The Penguin is known for Linux. The "middle thing" and "purpole thing"
is an RJ45 end on a CAT5 network cable... again, an industry-standard and
well-known image in computer networking.
I'm not real thrilled by the pastel color-scheme. To me, it projects a very
passive feeling and does not project the strength and fortitude I would want
in an ISP. I don't mind the java code in the background, but since all those
colors are so pastel they kind of blur together for me. The orange gradients
are "ok" - I could take them or leave them. Personally, I'd rather see you
pump up the colors to something more vibrant - I think just making the
existing color palette non-pastel wouldn't work either because then it'd
look too '80s to me. (I'd expect to see a guy in a mullett with a seersucker
jacket, lots of buttons, and a skinny tie.) :) From a layout POV, it's not
bad .. although the menu buttons are a bit on the large side - you could
reduce those a tad.
Hey,
I had a feeling that's what the devil was. I can see the network
connectors now that you mention it.
The top now looks better without the lettering, but now you have too
much baby powder blue.
oj
It's the pastel colour scheme I don't like.
Otherwise, nicely organised, clear, and to the point :)
