What happened to first spill?

Yesterday(1/24) I heard on CNN that an Iraqi tanker that was
being used as some sort of military staging area was bombed creating a
small oil slick. Today I see pictures of oil on the beaches of Saudi
Arabia which allegedly came from Iraq sabotaging a tanker loading facility.
What happened to the first slick? Do we know that the oil that was on that
beach is not from the first slick? Are there two slicks in the Persian Gulf?
