For one thing, it's way off topic. For another, there's practically no
traffic in this group.
I'm cross-posting this to alt.dcom.telecom (I have no idea if there's
any traffic there).
I suggest you re-post your questions to comp.dcom.telecom and/or
comp.dcom.telecom.tech - I think they're moderated which is why I didn't
cross-post there - you're going to have to do that yourself.
