Help: Twinsock can't find ANSI C

I'm attempting to compile twinsock 1.2 on a SunOS 4.1.3 system, but when
I run 'sh build.sh' it tells me I don't have an ANSI C compiler.
I run 'sh build.sh' it tells me I don't have an ANSI C compiler.
'cc' is there, but it won't compile.
Any ideas?
