Extasy UPDATE !!!!!

I called dish @ 10:30 am today, the service rep said they just got a
memo from the corporate office saying they will no longer be providing
service to the extacy channel! no other explanation was given except for
a sorry!

and now their talking of taking it off after only 2 weeks. If they do
cancel Exxxtasy, I will cancel my Dish subscription and raise hell until
they refund my money for the hardware. I'll bet that it is Dish that is
causing all the problems. Heck...Dish won't even let anyone know the
channel exists, nor will they let Exxxtasy even mention availability on Dish
on their own website. I'm sure this is an issue too. And to think I was
actually starting to like Dish. What a rip-off!!!!!!!!

going away. As for putting it on the electronic program guide...nope..nada.
Not in my bungalow with my 2 children. Dish's system is perfect for those
of us who originally purchased Dish Network for it's "FAMILY ORIENTED"
approach. That was 2 years ago. I will not deny you Adult
programming...it's not welcome in our humble abode...even in "TITLES" form.

or Saturday the Exxxtasy/Dish execs were going to have a meeting,
and if things didnt work out they were going to do away with the deal.

serious technical difficulties getting the exxxtasy feed to their
subscribers. They will be offering the channel as soon as the technical
aspects get resolved. And Dishnetwork has nothing to do with keeping the
Dishnetwork name off of Exxxtasy's web page. It used to be there, but they
pulled the name and phone # to order until things can be fixed between the
two. As of right now, Exxxtasy will start taking orders again on the 15th of
August.

This was confirmed last night through Exxxtasy. TEN shows edited, censored
adult programming. There is nothing wrong with the satellite feed. In
fact, I have Extasy right now.

I had to respond to say that I respect your opinion very much!
Those who want the channel should have it, and those who don't, don't subscribe
(and I agree, they shouldn't really put it in the guide), and you will never
know it is there.
It is nice to hear from someone who doesn't want the channel, yet who doesn't
feel the need to keep it from others and climb on their anti-pornography
soapbox.

For the sake of asking: I assume you somehow get violent shows blocked
from your child's eyes as well, including the titles? Or are you
simply obsessed with sexual stuff, but okay with violence?
I've always been confused about how people can accept their kids
seeing violence (something they hope never happens to their children),
but not sex (something thye hope eventually happens to their
children).
