Does anyone know if Dishnetwork will be offering an NFL, MLB, & NBA package
that is similar to DirecTV's NFL Ticket, MLB Innings, & NBA Ticket?

No, no, no!!!! Everyone, read this carefully. Stare at it until it is
burned on your retina so you can just close your eyes and read it again over
and over again so whenever anyone says they want to know when Dish will get
one of the following sports packages the answer is clear.

In Three years, IF and ONLY IF DirecTV REFUSES to pay whatever MLB wants for
them to renew the exclusive contract for another term, THEN and ONLY THEN
will Dish have the OPORTUNITY to BID on the Extra Innings package.

Next year IF and ONLY IF DirecTV REFUSES to pay whatever the NFL wants for
them to renew the exclusive contract for another term, THEN and ONLY THEN
will Dish have the OPORTUNITY to BID on the Sunday Ticket Package.

Next Year IF and ONLY IF DirecTV REFUSES to pay whatever the NBA wants for
them to renew the exclusive contract for another term THEN and ONLY THEN
will Dish have the OPORTUNITY to BID on the NBA League Pass package.

In two years, IF and ONLY IF DirecTV REFUSES to pay whatever the NHL wants
for them to renew the exclusive contract for another term THEN and ONLY THEN
will Dish have the OPORTUNITY to BID on the NHL center Ice package.

To quote Charlie Ergen, CEO of Echostar, "If you want one of these *out*
*of* *market* sports packages, then you'd probably be better off going with
the other guys. We have plenty of sports with ESPN, ESPN2, TNT, TBS, TNN,
Fox Regionals, etc. And we won't force all our subscribers to pay for these
expensive packages only a small percentage of people will actually get."

See ya

Etc., etc.

Everyone should read this too and assign a 99% probability to it:
What are the odds that DirecTV will give up MLB, NFL, or NBA???

About 1%.

The best chance of a Dish subscriber getting these packages is if Dish
buys DirecTV, or DirecTV buys Dish.
