Well, since KCET is leaving PBS, they are switching some sub-channels. Looks
like replacing PBS World with MHZ Worldview. On MHZ's web site, they mention
some carriage on Dish, I think it says 8077, but they may just be in DC? After
looking at today's schedule, this will practicly be a dream come true, with
many International Newscasts. This channel really belongs in the 94xx PI group
Thanks in advance for any additional info

Probably it is only in DC, since they are an OTA local for DC. I live right on
the edge of their OTA signal, so some days I can watch them, some I can't.
That applies to their -1 through -5 channels; their -6 through -10 channels
are on a transmitter even farther away from me. I'm thinking of getting a Roku
box so I can watch them all.

The Worldview channel is a sampler of the other English-language channels they
transmit, so there's a different channel represented every hour or so. Pretty
good stuff. I especially like RT (Russia Today).

I agree that MHz would be a great addition to the PI group (all 10 channels).
Dish's PI group has really atrophied in recent years, even though there are
plenty of available channels.

I agree the MHZ would be a great addition in the PI lineup. I have Euro
News ala carte for $1,99 a month through Dish and I like that. With my
big dish I get a lot of foreign news channels 2/7 like Russia Today,
DWTV, etc. Fun to watch.
