According to her it was full exposure porn, showed all the body parts. So
she went to the other T.V.'s in the house. One which was in her nine year
old daughters room. The same on all T.V.'s. So she said that she grabbed
her camera for proof, this has happed before. Then she said that she called
the helpful C.S.R. They told her it was a gift of free programming that
they thought their household would like. She asked them to stop sending it.
They told here that she need to setup up the block on all her recovers,
since there was nothing he could do. (Still With Me) Now for the good
part. The talk show host, who is a "BIG", dish* fan(by the way I guess he
has a T.V., with a PVR in every room, bathrooms included.) told her that she
needs to call in the next live Charlie Chat, tell the screener that she
wants to know if they plan on coming out with a "HDTV PVR I.e. 921" He told
her that she will more than likely get through since they love talking about
new products and technology. Then when she gets on the air, ask charley "Why
he is sending free porn to her family and why the C.S.R. would do nothing
about it." The talk show host said it will more than likely get on the air
since they don't have time delay on the show. He told her that is what
people call "Cranking" a show. It was so funny, could you even imagine
Charity's face if this happed? The lady then told the Host, that she is
worried about getting the pics developed since right before those pics on
the roll is her Daughters ninth b-day party. She said that they are a
strong christen family. She would hate for the people think that they were
having sex at the party. She then asked the host, since she didn't have an
attorney if the Host would get the film developed for her. He goes "Lady,
if I did that I would probably get arrested for kiddy porn"
All in all it was a great call. I hope it all makes since.

Funny story. There's no reason to doubt it IMO, it's quite plausible
that such a call was made and such things were said.
But that doesn't mean that what the lady said is actually true, of
course. There's no way Dish has ever offered a free preview of any
of the porn channels. Keep in mind that to some people, showing
nipples is "porn". What this lady saw was a movie or series on one
of the premium movie channels during a free preview weekend.

Ahh the free porn was likely a movie package preview. You can set ratings locks
to prevent such a reoccurence. Some premiums are VERY close to porn.

probably "Sex in The City" or that other kinky late night HBO show where
they show a variety of odd sex stuff. Last one I saw had some guy making
custom dildoes out of glass and then couples "testing" them on some yacht.

You're not getting it. #1 - Either the caller was lying. Or #2 - The
caller was oblivious to the world and the host, who apparently knows dish,
was too stupid to ask what channel it was on so they think they got some
porno show, when in fact, they might have been watching HBO or Showtime
which regularly will broadcast R rated, and Unrated television at all hours
of the day. HBO and Showtime can sometimes go into free preview mode. I
don't think the Extasy channel ever does.
If the caller was as concerned by the content of television broadcasts as
she tried to imply, then she should have followed the advise of the CSR and
put blocks on the receiver boxes to prevent such programs from being
displayed. Though maybe she hasn't caught Fox or ABC or CBS, or any of the
broadcast networks after 7pm.
