We're all doing great. How's the new PM working out over there.
We need a president here. All we have is a psycho.

This summer has been hot so far. it's been up to 112 at my place.
More heat coming mid week - and coming with some thunder storms.
This is already a bad year for wildfires and this storm is
expected to light up quite a few new fires.

Well, he's inherited a lot of problems left by the Blairy fairy. He's
not my choice but it could be worse. At least he doesn't seem to be
joined to your Shrub's ass. Not yet anyway.

This year's been as wet as last year was hot. Large areas of
Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire, including the cities, have been under
up to four feet of floodwater from the Thames and the Severn rivers.
At the moment the army are struggling to supply hundreds of thousands
of people with fresh water.

I'm kind of out of action at the moment, recovering from major
emergency surgery at the beginning of this month. Just beginning to be
able to move around a little but it's going to be a long haul.
Probably be the rest of the year before I get back to normal. Still,
what the heck, I can feel the pain so it means I'm still alive and
that can't be bad!

Cheers

If your new PM is smart, he'll tell bush to get lost. That psycho
has ruined this country.

We've been hearing about that over here. I've never heard of
floods over there before. Is this part of a permanently shifting
weather pattern?

Last Saturday there was a grass fire about 10 miles down the road
from me. About 33 acres burned. The funny part was that the
firefighters found a plot of marijuana that had over 1000 plants.

I'm glad you're on the mend. Just make a little progress every
day and you'll get back to normal.
