What specific section / paragraph of the Canadian Family Law
guarantee grandparent's right to visit their children?

Try going to this search engine and get creative. I found very little
putting in "grandparent rights" but that does not mean that something
doesn't exist as titled differently. Best of luck to you, I live in
Colorado where grandparent rights are protected aggressively but they
don't give a dad the time of day.
