The last bastion of angry men is the Internet and namely, yahoogroups
and google groups. Here they can post their bilious poison amongst
themselves with great entertainment value to people like me, who
monitor so called 'father's rights groups'.

It's an enjoyable thing for me, to see the divided and impotent
father's rights movement post web based hate literature in some kind of
web based "drumming circle". When will they ever learn?

They say family courts are unjust, but rather than change their
personal situation and rebuild their personal lives, they spend all
their energy bitching and whining about the evil courts and biased
judges. They spend their time posting to feminist newsgroups in an
abusive tone: somehow, some way, they must lash out at women because
they have been neutered by the courts.

And justifiably neutered I might add. At the heart of the matter is the
simple fact that men are lazy. Too lazy to become the fathers they
claim to be. Wrapping themselves in the garb of victimization, they are
a shadow of the people they used to be: hopeful, optimistic and useful
to their communities, wives and families.

Facts about the fathers rights movement are as follows:

1) There is no movement. They have no political clout whatsoever.
Reports of their political clout have been greatly exaggerated because
fathers rights groups are a loose collective of individual men who call
themselves a group.

2) Among existing quasi-organized groups, there is a black hole of
apathy. Poorly led and plagued by infighting (they are always whipping
it out) they cannot build consensus to do anything more than conduct
weekly "bitch sessions" in church basements and living rooms all over
North America.

3) If they ever do meet with some degree of success, they implode. One
need only look at how infighting led to the implosion of
Fathers-4-Justice. Yeah, talking about kidnapping Tony Blair's kid is
gonna win you a lot of friends and influence in the corridors of power.
Fucktards.

4) There will never be an effective fathers rights movement with any
political clout because at the heart of the matter is the simple fact
that it takes cooperation to build a successful movement and it also
takes some degree of motivation to enable a movement's members. The
father's rights "non-movement" possesses niether. Mostly because men
are too lazy to do anything (no surprise there) and also because just
as men don't like to ask for directions, go to the doctor or do
anything that would make them feel like they know precisely what they
are doing.

Have you ever pushed a car uphill with a rope? That's the father's
rights movement. Limp, flaccid and emasculated. The entertaining irony
is that it isn't feminists doing this to men, it's men doing it to
themselves.

Keep pushing guys, someday you might get it.

It's far from the last one. But you are right, if you look at the
history of father's rights groups, men's rights groups, whatever you'd like
to call them, 99.9% of their efforts have been confined to internece warfare
and little boys pissing contests. Whenever anyone tries to get something
positive accomplished there come the rest of the "great leaders" to tear
down whatever somebody else starts. It is all fratricide.

Impotent they may be. But the anger is justified.

A valid point. The cloest thing to an exception has been ACFC.

That's bullshit.

Well you are right and wrong. It's more like a "rabble" than a group.
And people like Turdbrain Turam are the best examples of why they are.

You've been to them huh? Pity parties. The amazing thing is that at one
time I dared suggest a rememdy to that very problem, by getting
organiozational help from SCORE. (Service Corps of Retired Executives)
You'd have thought I asked them to part with their Corvettes. As long as the
"father's movement" is led by a bunch of mental cripples on EGO trips - it
will remain a JOKE!

Well that story was a plant from its enemies. But your general point is
valid.

You are right about the problem, but not the cause. It isn't that men
are lazy - although many want something for nothing. They bitch at lawyers
etc who try to help them because they think they should do it for FREE if
they "really cared." It is because so many men are little mommy's boys.

I don't see it in MY lifetime as long as men remain the way they are,
wanting something for nothing and whining like babies when they don't get
it.

It is all we are left with. I have spent over
twenty-five years trying to get somewhere with
the legal system; it is simply a dictatorship
that allows females to do as they please while
liberally shitting on men.

I have spent more than twenty years trying to
get somewhere with the media; I have never got
past the feminist gatekeepers. And so it goes
on. Men perhaps end up violent because it is the
only thing left when simply abused at every turn
and no one will even begin to take us serious.

Men get nowhere because the capitalist system
does not want them to get anywhere.

The first men's group was set up in US in 1960
to address such matters as the way men are
treated in divorce and rape cases, since then
largely nothing.

The first womens group was set up in the US in
1965; in two years they had a declaration from
the UN and in ten years they had some kind of
equality legislation.

Men are still trying to get something done about
both rape and divorce courts; but politicians
have their eyes on the female vote. This is why
I have been saying since the late eighties that
the right to vote for women must be repealed.
That, for the present appears to be the only way
we will get anywhere.

It's all you're left with because of men, not because of women. You
think fathers are more oppressed than African Americans were before
Martin Luther King? There aren't any feminists out there telling men to
go to the back of the bus or to drink from "men only" water fountains.

The reason that fathers groups have no political clout (aside from what
I have already written) is the simple fact that men/fathers are not
oppressed by our culture. The last time I looked, men oppress
themselves because they don't go to the doctor to get their prostate
checked, they don't seek counselling when they are experiencing a
crisis.. no, men like to "take it like a man".

You cannot blame feminists or courts for father's inability to create
their so called "movement". Your analogy is that men are just "too
beaten" by the "system" to do anything about their lot in life and if
that is true, then it highlights the superiority of women and the
feminist movement: women have experienced far more oppression than men,
but we actually get out there and change the world. The only thing men
do well is change the channel of their wide screen tv.

Divorce is easier on women because women know how to reach out for
help. They form useful support networks. They support each other. Men
on the other hand refuse to do this, and then are relegated to posting
their bile on usenet when they get their asses kicked in family court.

Divorced fathers are the new impotency in need of personal viagra.

The "movement" as such has been trying much longer than that.

Women's "suffrage" groups predated NOW by a century.

Taking the vote from them won't change a thing. Oddly a woman recently
told me that men made their biggest mistake "when they let us out of the
kitchens." Unless you are prepared to revert women to being barefoot and
pregnant depriving them of the vote won't change anything. Our problem is
ourselves. We fail to realize that 90% of women are as opposed to radical
feminism as we are. Until we can reach out to them and convince them we are
"sane" instead of demonstrating that we're not, things will keep getting get
worse. First we need to clean up OUR act!

You're right. Our pitiful male ego pissing contests do it for you. Take
a look at the pathetic contests in soc.men today. Look at the extremes.
Look, for example at Turdbrain Turam....... Then look at the MALES from
Altenate Kooks like Ratzio Peter Ross, Chad Stone etc. Look at all the
testosterone! Look at a bunch of little boys waving their dicks at each
other trying to be the alpha male. I know that Ratz and his pals in AUK
think they are not doing that. LIKE BLOODY HELL! They are worse even that
Turdbrain is! It's self hatred as males.

See, now this is just funny. Yeah, right - take the vote from women.
ROFLMFAO!
What colour is the sky in that world?

Oh, really? Well that's kind of interesting because the media is owned
by men. That tells me that men must sell out pretty damned quick.

No argument here. Father's rights groups and so called "activists"
would rather "eat their own" than work together. Still having problems
understanding why this is feminism's fault.

>>First we need to clean up OUR act!<<

LOL. See now that's funny because men can't even clean their own homes.
They get women to do it for them. But seriously, I see no threat from
father's groups at all. I just enjoy rattling their cages once in a
while. They pose no threat to the status quo because they attack each
other rather than help each other.

Confirming my initial hypothesis that reports of father's rights groups
having any kind of political influce is greatly exaggerated. The
pissing contests in soc. men exist on every newsgroup and newslist that
claims to represent men and fathers. Good comedy I'd daresay!

The irony is that while they are whipping it out to see whose is
bigger, even if they finally found the one guy with the biggest member,
he would be a guy with a really big dick surrounded by limp and flaccid
little dicks. He would be the international leader of a non-movement
that exists largely in cyber space.

Ergo - father's rights activists are full of shit, their claims of
victimization at the hands of evil feminists and divorce courts is
laughable and claims that an actual "movement" exists is a big fat lie.

Describing them as stupid is too kind. Father's rights groups need to
be led and managed by women - just like a household is led and managed
by a woman. Basically father's rights groups want the laws to change
while they watch Monday night football. Fucktards.

I am not demeaning what anyone other that so-called father's rights
groups are doing. How do these groups help fathers? Exactly what do
they do that offers anything more than posting rubbish about feminists
and hate literature about women? Were I a father going through a
divorce, how would a father's rights group help me? If the best they
can offer is flaming each other and a vague promise of "changing the
law", what laws have they changed? What have they REALLY done for
fathers lately?

I am not the enemy, I am simply stating facts. I agree that divorce is
probably a terrible experience for anyone going through it. I also
think that promising a father that the laws will change and "join our
group to change the law" when that group exists largely in cyber space
is false advertising and harmful to fathers.

ANy notion that an effective political force for men exists is a
delusion. The father's rights movement more resembles a Chinese Fire Drill
than anything a politician would ever take seriously.

You are right that many acticists are full of shit, the victimization is
REAL. Any group with ZERO political clout is going to be a victim. Black
people were victims (as in 2/3rds of a human being) until they finally
ORGANIZED...

Again the problems are the BLOWHARDS (like Turin who tear down anyone
else's work) and that too many men come to the movement looking for a MOMMY
to save them instead of a motivation to change anything. HELP ME and I'm
gone.

Guy I have 30 years of seeing the men who come to the groups looking for
help. They want somebody to SAVE them with near ZERO effort on their own
part. They want it done FOR them. They don't come to change things except
for their own pathetic asses.

Gotta tell you this. When I first got involved with the "men's movement"
I spent YEARS helping guys for FREE. Getting lawyers to donate time, etc. I
lived with the childish belief that the men we helped would become dedicated
to a movement to help others like themselves. BULLSHIT! As soon as we solved
THEIR problem - they were GONE - Not even a "thank you." They had NO time
for the group. ZERO! It was back to softball practice. I finally had my fill
of that with the DEMANDS growing that I was NOT going to give ALL of my life
for nothing. So I started charging for my knowledge. And I STILL hear the
David Moore's and Turdbrain Turams who life has dealt severe personal
blows - WHINE like little babies that somebody would actually get paid for
helping. God they whine like little children. I'm tired of listening to
whining. I don't like when women do it - I HATE it when men do it.

I have seen the men who COME to the groups - they want a handout. They
think we OWE it to them!

Point taken. MOSTLY what the groups are - are PITY PARTIES where men can

Does it come as a surprise to you that men are prisoners of their penis?
Look at Bill Clinto for god's sake. Men would sell their mother for a piece
of ass from a chick! But the FACT is that as you look at broadcast media,
near 100% of ASSIGNMENT EDITORS are women. Local and national. And THEY
decide what is news and what isn't and HOW it will be covered. Print media
has pretty much the same process where WHAT yopu see and hear is filtered
through a VAGINA!

> No argument here. Father's rights groups and so called "activists"

Ain't that the truth. I worked my ass off for TWO YEARS - pulle din lots
of personal markers to get apprfoved for a half million dollar anual
renewing grant to help indigent fathers with meritorious cases. As soon as I
annonced it - the "GREAT LEADERS" (warlords) came unglued! One DEMANDED that
the money be used for his drea, of a slick publication. Another demanded
that it be sued to put HIM on a speaking tour on joint custody. Others had
their own ideas. The Joint Custody guy got ahold of the foundation mad emany
FALSE claims (that we didn't have 501 (c) (3) status etc and he did - he
didn't we did) and threatened lwssuits and going to the media. Others did
similar shit. Needless to say we did NOT get the $500,000..................
We also had a chence to get several Hollywood celebrities behind us - that
too was SHOT DOWN by people who caused the people to conclude that the men's
movement was make up of a bunch of psychos. Which - of course - IT IS! If
you ahve ANY questions - even small ones - read Turbrain Turam's ranting.
That seals the pouch!

Agreed

I for one have spent a lot of my time over the years writing and e-mailing
not
only the media and politicians but anyone who bashes men,and have had a lot
of success. It has personally cost me a good bit of time and money as i also
donate
to worthy men's groups. And if my actions have saved just ONE man from the
shit
that has been thrown at me then it will all have been woth it.

Just to give an example of what can be achieved with a little pressure,in
the city i
live the public buses and bus shelters used to be plastered with huge
adverts of
(ZERO TOLLERANCE OF MEN IN DOMESTIC ABUSE) and (POSTERS DEPICTING RAPE)
these have now all been removed with a little kick up the butt by myself and
a few others.

In fact how things have changed,i was driving into an ASDA superstore last
week and there was
a huge floodlit sign up saying (do you know that every five minutes a MAN
dies from prostate cancer)
so yes i would say there IS progress, just KEEP UP THE PRESSURE.

Listen to the dykes in NOW scream about it. In the 70's dads almost NEVER

Here is where you and I will always differ. You are all abut the men

physical custody and both sharing the financial responsibilities.

It is not about men and women, you tard, it is about the children. But
all you fuckwits can ever focus upon is some faux gender war that you

just pawns to you fucksticks.

Gimme a break. You are either a group/organization/organized or you are
not. Maybe the reason these so called groups exist on cyberspace is
because were you ever to get them all in the same room they'd start
whipping it out.

Again, gimme a break. Have you seen how many retarded "masculinists"
and "father's rightists" have invaded feminist newsgroups lately?
British family law is undergoing no such change whatsoever. There is no
new legislation being tabled in their House of Commons relating to the
one thing that father's rights groups have demanded, namely, "equal
time in both homes" - a stupid proposition. Children don't function
well under that kind of regime and it's hypocritical for fathers to
want this given that it doesn't exist in the overwhelming number of
marriages.

Consciousness raising? Puhhhleeze. The men who access the internet on
father's rights issues are fathers who have been soundly trounced in
family courts. Angry men who are looking for some kind of change to the
law that will give them their sense of power and entitlement over their
children and former wives back. Father's groups claim there are no
services for men in communities? Gimme a break! Get out there and raise
funds.Create the programs if you say they don't exist. Have bake sales.
Conduct capital campaigns. In short, do as women's groups have been
doing for years. Do father's groups do this. Hell no.

Who owns the traditional media? Men! Maybe you should target the media
owners for betraying their gender! The last time I looked, male killers
outnumber female killers. Might want to check your facts on that one.
Even your "spiritual guru" Warren Farrel has written about the sheer
injustice of men killing other men.

What men's rights groups? Where? Where? Where are their offices? What
is their charitable status? You would have to have actual groups in
order for feminist organizations to actually target them.
