Real Estate agent familiar with Florida Real Estate LAW (which YOU AIN'T
little boy pretender) would know that in any sale of a home an "APPRAISAL"
is performed for the buyer, the buyer's agent secures it as well as an
INDEPENDENT home inspection. Also today In Florida home sales come with HOME
WARRANTY Insurance. As far as your MASS MAILING goesd, Davey, that seems to
be a figment of your imagination. Although you DID amuse my agent.

Sorry Davey - again you're full of shit. The house went for almost
$20,000 more than the contemporary comps. It was less than the comps from 2
years before. Just a hint, we HAD an offer of $330,000 the year before at
an open house. Sadly our agent had a junior wannabe agent there who screwed
the pooch and lost the sale. Needless to say he was terminated the next day
by the company.

claim you proved them true because I didn't. My wife was NOT "purchesed" or
"rented" Davey. She didn't work in an "Titty Bar in Cuba" first because she
was a magistrate (judge) in Cuba, and secondly Cuba doesn't really have
"titty bars" like YOU hang out in, Davey. And the "roots" comment had to do
with my wife's rather extensive landscaping. All that work is her way of
putting her stamp on the place.

When has David claimed any knowledge of Florida real estate law?
He doesn't live in Florida, so it would be unrealistic to expect him
to know Florida's laws.
Could he learn them? Certainly. However, there's nothing to
suggest he must.

I don't know, of course, but I would expect after an offer, and
good faith money, is presented.
If my guess is correct, your rant would be made worthless, since
you could have failed to disclose the damage. It would have been
found, but there was always the remote chance that the damage would
slip by.
Of course, you claimed you got the damage repaired. The same
damage you claimed never existed.
Did it exist or not? If it did, why did you claim it didn't? If
it did not, why did you spend money to have non existent damage
repaired?
To date, you've refused to answer either question when asked,
opting instead to rant about Florida soil as a means of distraction.

This has already been established as to how mail order bride
services work.
And yes, there is reason to believe your wife is a mail order
bride. That you claim such is impossible, even after it has been
proved it is possible, gives grounds for the belief.

(Correcting MOORE again - actually the court appraiser in my divorce said
there was NOT a sinkhole NOR were there any termites.) Davey keeps
forgetting that part. Well, he just LIES about it because that IS in the
text of the Order of the court whic h will now DISAPPEAR from Moore's
website.

Actually a Buyer's agent gets the facts BEFORE a written offer is made.
Even IF the buyer has a BAD agent, LAW demands that the information be
completed BEFORE a loan can be processed. That means an INDEPENDENT
appraisal and HOME INSPECTION. In the case of the sale of my former home
there were actually TWO independent inspections and TWO appraisale because
the mortgage broker didn't process the paperwork in time and the first ones
expired.

NOT A PRAYER under current Florida law. 10 or 20 years ago, MAYBE if the
buyer and his agent were stupid. NOT today. You just seem INCAPABLE of
understanding that an INDEPENDENT appraisal and INDEPENDENT home inspection
are REQUIRED before a loan can begin processing. Ask somebody with more
patience than I have to explain that to you.

Oh Kunt how you love to LIE. I said what WAS found was some soil
movement due mainly to erosion. Since you are a STUPID POLACK and have NO
grasp of ANY facts, you wouldn't know thew soil conditions in this pat of
Florida. Largley most of Florida is little more than a sand bar. Parts
aren't, but muhc of it is. In this part of Florida the soil is what is
called "sugar sand." It is a very porous material. It loves to move when we
have extreme rainfall. Which was the case. Sadly when you mix INSURANCE LAW
into other things you get to calling something a "SINKHOLE" that really is
NOT a sinkhole. 4 Different enginering companies all agreed there was NO
sinkhole by my former house. That was documented each time with "ground
penetrating radar." However to re-insure the home I had to get an engineer
to "repair" the problem. Which meant placing some concrete PINS at strategic
points near the back of the house, and a skirt. That stopped the erosion
and the enginering company CERTIFIED that the needed repairs were made. Now
my NEIGHBORS had different engineers than I did. Those companies pumped TONS
of grout (cement) under their homes. They had MAJOR problems afterward. We
had NONE. One of the houses nearly collapsed into a hole because of all the
weight under the house was causing the ground to collapse.

Oh well I can't explain it to a STUPID Polack. There never was what a
LAYMAN thinks a sinkhole is on my former property. There WAS soil movement.
For legal purposes with the Insurance companies it was CALLED by the legal
system a "sinkhole" even though it wasn't one. I am not a stupid Polack like
you, and I don't think I am God, like you, and I can't order everyone to use
the words *I* would like. The insurance company wound up paying for the
claim. Both they and I knew it was NOT a "sinkhole." But they wouldn't pay
unless the legal system said it was, ven though their policy said they
should.

Please explain why you paid to have non-existent damage repaired.
You claimed the problems were all fixed. Even with insurance, there's
a deductible the home owner pays.
