I'll post major changes to the FAQ as they occur in this thread for comment.

I've decided to take on updating or rewriting the
sections regarding the first 10 years
of cyberpunk sf, say 1984-1994, as well as writing a new section on
proto-cyberpunk sf from post-wwII to 1984.
