I have spent the past 2 days looking for William Gibson books online and
seeing if my local library has them (they don't)...
I have only been so lucky to find Neuromancer... can anyone point me in the
right direction to finding them in ASCII- text... or do I need to resort to
buying it at the bookstore... could someone please help...

Thanks in advance.....

Find out if your library has access to Inter-Library loan. If that fails, State
Universities are obliged by law to allow public access to their services & if
you don't find them at the State University Library, it will almost certainly
have I-LL. Of course you'd have to read text on paper. I've been meaning for
some time now to use my new scanner to digitally inscribe my Gibson books, but
it would be an ambitious project, I'd probably be hassled for copyright
violation if I gave anyone else access to the files & I'll be clinically
depressed for about the next two months...KL

Unfortunately, book pirating is nowhere near the level it should be.
Finding online text of books is still exceedingly difficult. What I
would suggest is either go to a local university library, have your
local library order it from another local library, or just spend the
damn $6 and buy it. :) Owning gibson is a must, you'll find yourself
rereading them, and it's great to have for reference.

You can get the complete works of the French founder of (pacifist) Anarchism,
Proudhon, online...I think they serve that tasty stuff up from UCBerkeley

"Coles" (in Canada) has a large selection of "Idoru", Hardcover as well as
Paperback.
