SPAMRATS have one universal source they use for email addresses. If you're
reading this you're there. If you have ever posted in ANY Usenet Newsgroup
using your real email address they you are infested with SPAM.
Solution: NEVER use your real email address on Usenet. Instead embed
easily removable crap into your email address. Examine my own email
address and you can see what I mean. An alternative to my approach is to
add in your signature exactly what to remove from your address to provide
a real address. In either case anyone can respond to your posting with a
real response by just being a little savvy, and you get no SPAM.
I can verify that this works. At this point in time I get ZERO SPAM,
except that which illegally forges its way to my actual service provider,
creating a list of all members enrolled at the service provider and
SPAMMING them all. It is up to the service provider to create defenses
against this particularly evil form of SPAM. You have no control over it
except to scream like hell at your service provider to prevent it in the
future. They typically listen. If they don't, dump them fast. They
probably have sold their souls and you don't want to know them.
I pursuit of screwing over SPAMRATS to the maximum extent allowed by law
the list of NONEXISTENT email addresses is provided. The result is a long
list on useless email addresses which will waste the time and bandwidth
available to SPAMRATS. How it works: They scan the Usenet with any of a
hundred programs that extract email addresses. Automatically these
addresses are collected into a list which the SPAMRAT never even reads,
nor will they ever. They have not-a-care about their mail list. They just
want the money, period. They will SPAM everyone on the list. WHEN they
SPAM to the false list below they will waste their own time trying to
reach them, tying up their own server, or the server of whatever soulless
SCUM service provider allows them to exist as SPAMRATS. The RATS will then
receive an incredibly long and bandwidth consuming list of errors that
result from their mailing attempt. They then get frustrated and kill
themselves. If they happened to sell the list to other SPAMRATS then the
infection has been spread with further suicides.

I've done my own limited testing of the list and found every email address
used in my test to be NONEXISTANT. I would never knowingly provide the
real email address for ANYONE on a newsgroup.
