Almost half a million people have already fled Ukraine following
Russia's invasion last Thursday. Among these were the many foreign
citizens who until then were studying, working and living in the
country now under attack.
But at the Polish border, where officials quickly mobilized to
process over 300,000 of those fleeing, Indian and African students
have reported being singled out over Ukrainians and being prevented
from crossing into safety.
