I've thought a little bit about this from an ad point of view -- it
would make a lot of sense if there was someway you could have
realaudio radio stuff playing in the background (full of ads) as you
browsed a site. Think of it as the Web's equvolent to department store
musak. But it wouldn't work for exactly the reasons discussed here.
