My niece is 6 years old and she's doing some of the clapping rhymes I used
to do in the seventies. There is one new one that I had never heard
before. She picked it up in summer camp in New York.
double double this this
double double that that
double this
double that
double double this that
It has a twist in that you can replace "this" and "that" with words that go
together. The fun is in making up new ones. For example
double double ice ice
double double cream cream
double ice
double cream
double double ice cream
I hope this helps.
