Meaning of 'risturn'

Hi!

Does anybody know the meaning of the word 'risturn' ? It seems to be used in
Turkey.

If you buy from a vendor more than a predefined amount during a period of time
(usually one year) the company pays you back a percentage of your payments.
That's called risturn in Turkiye. I thought it was an english word, but it's
appearently made up or somehow misspelled.
