Dalai Lama in Switzerland in August--Elsewhere?

I am interested in learning about the various locations where the Dalai
Lama will teach these two texts in 2005:

- Shantideva's Bodhicaryavatara (A Guide to the Bodhisattva Way of Life)
- Kamalashila's Bhawakramana (Middle States of Meditation)

I know that these two courses will be offered in Switzerland in August
(2005) and I'd like to attend, but Switzerland is out of range for me.
Are they being offered elsewhere? (I couldn't find a comprehensive list
online.)

September. It's still listed as "tentative."
