On September 11, 2004, Phayul.com reported from Dharamsala that two
envoys of His Holiness the Dalai Lama accompanied by two senior
assistants, will visit China this month. They may visit some Tibetan
areas.

Mr. Lodi Gyaltsen Gyari, accompanied by Mr. Kelsang Gyaltsen along
with the assistants Mr. Sonam Norbu Dagpo and Mr. Bhuchung Tsering,
will depart from New Dehli on September 12.
His Holiness Dalai Lama is pleased that the envoys are making another
visit and he hopes the process will move forward to bring about
substantive negotiations on the Tibet Problem.
