Typical Oregon weather. Squalls and then sun breaks. Winter will be
weeks of drizzle where it rains constantly but nothing gets wet.

And a typical Oregonian reaction:

It rains all day long, and for 5 minutes a small opening of sun, and people
claim it has been "sunny all day".
It's sunny most of the day, pisses rain for 10 minutes and sunny again, and
people claim it was "sunny all day"
