Hello...

Read this:

More about politics and economy..

I have just written yesterday the following

https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/alt.culture.morocco/Ubo-B14lGyc

And notice that i am saying the following:

"And second requirement is in the same logic of my political philosophy,
that means that you have, like in Fordism, to know how to take care of
the wages of your consumers locally and globally so that they have
enough power or money so that they can buy your products or services,
and this kind of taking care of the wages is also in accordance with the
first requirement since it is collaboration that is fruitful and that
makes our humanity much better"

But you have to understand that this taking care of wages is also
Globalization and trade that have increased real wages, please read
below my thoughts to notice it:

More precision about What billionaires said about wealth inequality and
capitalism..

Read below i am giving more precision by saying that i think that
Bill Gates is right by saying that we have to raise taxes of the rich
and i think it is a part of the solution for unequal distribution of
income and opportunities..

I have just written the following:

============

More about Globalization and the unequal distribution of income and
opportunities..

Jedi Master that is a supporter of Donald Trump has just responded to me
the following:

https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/soc.culture.usa/f0_oA92rIwE

I think that Jedi Master is not right, because Donald Trump and his
governance have not yet dealt with the unequal distribution of income
and opportunities, read the following To notice it:

Globalization and Inequality: Sharing Wealth One of Society’s Greatest
Challenges

https://theglobepost.com/2019/01/30/globalization-inequality/

And read my previous thoughts to understand:

More political philosophy about Globalization and USA and Donald Trump..

I think Donald Trump is not managing correctly, because USA and Donald
Trump have to deal with the unequal distribution of income and
opportunities, read the following to notice it:

Overcoming zero-sum games to sustain growth and globalisation

https://voxeu.org/article/overcoming-zero-sum-games-sustain-growth-and-globalisation

"The protesters claim that globalization is bad for poor people in poor
countries. A large body of evidence, however, suggests the
opposite—though clearly globalization can result in unsettling
experiences for many who live in the developing world. My recent
research with Nancy Birdsall and Stefano Pettinato suggests that
globalization has brought substantial benefits and opportunities for
upward mobility for many low-income individuals in the emerging
economies. Yet these same opportunities entail new vulnerabilities and
new risks for others."

And i think here is a part of the solution of the problem of unequal
distribution of income and opportunities: i think that
Bill Gates is right by saying that we have to raise taxes of the rich,
read the following:

What billionaires said about wealth inequality and capitalism in 2019

More of my thoughts of my political philosophy..

I am a white arab, and here is more of my thoughts:

And about Offshoring and Globalization:

Why Is Offshoring a Concern? Despite the gain from
specialization and trade that offshoring brings, many
people believe that it also brings costs that eat up the
gains. Why?

A major reason is that offshoring is taking jobs in
services. The loss of manufacturing jobs to other
countries has been going on for decades, but the U.S.
service sector has always expanded by enough to create
new jobs to replace the lost manufacturing jobs. Now
that service jobs are also going overseas, the fear is that
there will not be enough jobs for Americans. This fear
is misplaced.

Some service jobs are going overseas, while others
are expanding at home. The United States imports
call center services, but it exports education, health
care, legal, financial, and a host of other types of
services. Jobs in these sectors are expanding and will
continue to expand.

The exact number of jobs that have moved to
lower-cost offshore locations is not known, and estimates
vary. But even the highest estimate is a tiny
number compared to the normal rate of job creation.
Winners and Losers Gains from trade do not bring
gains for every single person. Americans, on average,
gain from offshore outsourcing, but some people lose.
The losers are those who have invested in the human
capital to do a specific job that has now gone offshore.
Unemployment benefits provide short-term tempo-
rary relief for these displaced workers. But the long-
term solution requires retraining and the acquisition of
new skills.

Beyond providing short-term relief through unemployment
benefits, there is a large role for government
in the provision of education and training to enable
the labor force of the twenty-first century to be capable
of ongoing learning and rapid retooling to take on new
jobs that today we can’t foresee.
Schools, colleges, and universities will expand and
get better at doing their jobs of producing a highly
educated and flexible labor force.

Read the rest of my previous thoughts to undertand more:

About competitiveness and Offshoring and Globalization..

1. We can reduce the payroll without laying off, by lowering wages. It
will be argued that lowering wages will reduce purchasing power. But
this is not certain since the effort of competitiveness is driving down
prices. We could theoretically keep the same standard of living with
lower wages and lower prices!

2. We can increase competitiveness without reducing the payroll or the
number of workers. This requires basic research, applied research to
develop new manufacturing processes or new products, investment and
training. It is in fact the best solution, that which leads to increased
production, wages, employee skills and standard of living.

And i have to be more precise about Offshoring, first i said before the
following:

-----

Offshoring increases demand for more workers
"qualified" and also has a significant positive effect on
productivity, in Canada it is an increase in the "productivity" of
order of about 10%, also according to some recent research
the Offshoring of materials and services have both a
positive and not negligible effect on productivity.

When it comes to the repercussion on employment, the majority of
empirical studies suggest that the general repercussions of offshoring
on the employment levels are low (Amiti and Wei 2005, Mankiw and Swagel
2006).

For proof, read the following document:

https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=auto&tl=en&u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww150.statcan.gc.ca%2Fn1%2Fpub%2F11f0027m%2F2008055%2Fs6-fra.htm

------

But to be more precise you have to understand more what is
happening with multinationals, so read the following to understand
more about U.S. multinationals:

• The worldwide operations of U.S. multinationals are highly
concentrated in America in their U.S. parents, not abroad in their
foreign affiliates. The idea that U.S. multinationals have somehow
“abandoned” the United States is not supported by the facts. They
maintain a large presence in America, both relative to the
overall U.S. economy and relative to the size of their foreign affiliates.

• International engagement drives the overall strength of U.S.
multinational companies. Although the United States is still the world’s
largest single-country market, in the past generation it has been a
slow-growth market compared with much of the world. Even with today’s
worldwide recession, this means that the overall strength of U.S.
multinationals is increasingly tied to their success in both America and
abroad. It also means that viewing the domestic and foreign operations
of U.S. multinationals as unrelated is increasingly incorrect. U.S.
multinationals must make strategic investment and employment decisions
from a truly global perspective, with links across all locations and
with dynamic variation in successful strategies both across
companies at a point in time and within companies over time.

• Foreign-affiliate activity tends to complement, not substitute for,
key parent activities in the United States such as employment, worker
compensation, and capital investment. Being globally engaged requires
U.S. multinationals to establish operations abroad and also to expand
and integrate these foreign activities with their U.S. parents. The idea
that global expansion tends to “hollow out” U.S. operations is
incorrect. Rather, the scale and scope of U.S. parent activities
increasingly depends on successful engagement abroad. Expansion by
U.S. parents and their affiliates contributes to the productivity and
average standard of living of all Americans.

About populism..

I think the populist upsurge ultimately originates from two major
sources: globalization and the rise of left-liberalism.

But i think we have to be more aware about Globalization and immigration
to know more:

And about Trade and Globalization:

The Case Against Protection

For as long as nations and international trade have
existed, people have debated whether a country is
better off with free international trade or with
protection from foreign competition. The debate continues,
but for most economists, a verdict has been delivered,
Free trade promotes prosperity for all countries; protection is
inefficient. We’ve seen the most powerful case for free
trade—it brings gains for consumers that exceed any
losses incurred by producers, so there is a net gain for
society.

And about globalization..

1- Globalization has created new opportunities for firms to develop
business models and offerings that have a higher intensity of R&D,
innovation and capital. Many of the goods and services that have entered
the market over the past decades have exactly those features, and
without globalization, firms would have been forced to continue with
business models that work with a smaller volume of sales. Firms have
been able to specialize more than before and, as a consequence, human
capital and the share of skilled jobs in the economy have grown
remarkably. Today, advanced economies have a greater share of
better-paid and better-skilled jobs than ever before.

2- Globalization has increased real wages for people in Western
economies by making products cheaper or reducing the pace of price
increases. If the typical goods that every household purchases had
followed domestic rather than international price developments,
consumers would have been poorer and saddled with products of lower quality.

3- Globalization has made significant contributions to productivity
growth and, as a consequence, further raised living standards.
Globalization has been particularly important for enabling new
technology to spread fast across markets. In the long term, it is the
speed of technological improvement that sets the pace for how richer
societies get.

However, trade and investment are not growing fast anymore, and there is
much suggesting that the decline in trade and investment growth is one
explanation to the failing dynamism of Western economies. While some
appreciate the decline in the growth of globalization, those who care
about the prosperity of a society should deplore it and make efforts for
the world economy to return to high levels of trade growth.

Read the following study to know more about globalization:

The Economic Benefits of Globalization for Business and Consumers

And about immigration now:

Look at this following video about:

Why Does the USA Need More IMMIGRANTS?

You will notice that the West "needs" immigrants because they are also
good for economic "growth".

But please look carefully at the following video to understand more:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DmRgnDrhE9o

And read the following:

Why Silicon Valley Wouldn’t Work Without Immigrants

There are many theories for why immigrants find so much success in tech.
Many American-born tech workers point out that there is no shortage of
American-born employees to fill the roles at many tech companies.
Researchers have found that more than enough students graduate from
American colleges to fill available tech jobs. Critics of the industry’s
friendliness toward immigrants say it comes down to money — that
technology companies take advantage of visa programs, like the H-1B
system, to get foreign workers at lower prices than they would pay
American-born ones.

But if that criticism rings true in some parts of the tech industry, it
misses the picture among Silicon Valley’s top companies. One common
misperception of Silicon Valley is that it operates like a factory; in
that view, tech companies can hire just about anyone from anywhere in
the world to fill a particular role.

But today’s most ambitious tech companies are not like factories.
They’re more like athletic teams. They’re looking for the LeBrons and
Bradys — the best people in the world to come up with some brand-new,
never-before-seen widget, to completely reimagine what widgets should do
in the first place.

“It’s not about adding tens or hundreds of thousands of people into
manufacturing plants,” said Aaron Levie, the co-founder and chief
executive of the cloud-storage company Box. “It’s about the couple ideas
that are going to be invented that are going to change everything.”

Why do tech honchos believe that immigrants are better at coming up with
those inventions? It’s partly a numbers thing. As the tech venture
capitalist Paul Graham has pointed out, the United States has only 5
percent of the world’s population; it stands to reason that most of the
world’s best new ideas will be thought up by people who weren’t born here.

If you look at some of the most consequential ideas in tech, you find an
unusual number that were developed by immigrants. For instance, Google’s
entire advertising business — that is, the basis for the vast majority
of its revenues and profits, the engine that allows it to hire thousands
of people in the United States — was created by three immigrants: Salar
Kamangar and Omid Kordestani, who came to the United States from Iran,
and Eric Veach, from Canada.

But it’s not just a numbers thing. Another reason immigrants do so well
in tech is that people from outside bring new perspectives that lead to
new ideas.

And I have just looked at this video of the french politician called
Jean-Marie Le Pen and he is saying in the video that with those flows of
immigrants in Europe that: "La 3ème Guerre mondiale est commencée", look
at the following video to notice it:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ene0hp7EAus

But i think that Jean-Marie Le Pen is "not" thinking correctly, because
if Western Europe wants to keep its social benefits, the countries of
the E.U. are going to need more workers. No place in the world has an
older population that's not into baby making than Europe, read more here
on Forbes to notice it:

Here's Why Europe Really Needs More Immigrants

About capitalism and more of my thoughts..

I think the problem of the kind of capitalism of USA and UK and other
countries, it is that it is a kind of capitalism that lacks on
"productive" capitalism that invest on economic growth and that needs
quality requirements and this is becoming a problem, look carefully at
the following video to understand:

How the rich get richer – money in the world economy

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t6m49vNjEGs

What's remain is that we have to be careful with the brain drain , but i
think that we have to be positive because high economic growth in the
third world countries does attract economic investors and this enhance
the living conditions and this then permits to solve the brain drain
problem, so we have to make people be conscious about this fact so that
to solve the problem of brain drain and we have to encourage economic
investment in third world countries, and we have also to be careful with
disadvantages of automation , so read the following:

----
Here is the advantages and disadvantages of automation:

Following are some of the advantages of automation:

1. Automation is the key to the shorter workweek. Automation will allow
the average number of working hours per week to continue to decline,
thereby allowing greater leisure hours and a higher quality life.

2. Automation brings safer working conditions for the worker. Since
there is less direct physical participation by the worker in the
production process, there is less chance of personal injury to the worker.

3. Automated production results in lower prices and better products. It
has been estimated that the cost to machine one unit of product by
conventional general-purpose machine tools requiring human operators may
be 100 times the cost of manufacturing the same unit using automated
mass-production techniques. The electronics industry offers many
examples of improvements in manufacturing technology that have
significantly reduced costs while increasing product value (e.g., colour
TV sets, stereo equipment, calculators, and computers).

4. The growth of the automation industry will itself provide employment
opportunities. This has been especially true in the computer industry,
as the companies in this industry have grown (IBM, Digital Equipment
Corp., Honeywell, etc.), new jobs have been created.
These new jobs include not only workers directly employed by these
companies, but also computer programmers, systems engineers, and other
needed to use and operate the computers.

5. Automation is the only means of increasing standard of living. Only
through productivity increases brought about by new automated methods of
production, it is possible to advance standard of living. Granting wage
increases without a commensurate increase in productivity
will results in inflation. To afford a better society, it is a must to
increase productivity.

Following are some of the disadvantages of automation:

1. Automation will result in the subjugation of the human being by a
machine. Automation tends to transfer the skill required to perform work
from human operators to machines. In so doing, it reduces the need for
skilled labour. The manual work left by automation requires lower skill
levels and tends to involve rather menial tasks (e.g., loading and
unloading workpart, changing tools, removing chips, etc.). In this
sense, automation tends to downgrade factory work.

2. There will be a reduction in the labour force, with resulting
unemployment. It is logical to argue that the immediate effect of
automation will be to reduce the need for human labour, thus displacing
workers.

3. Automation will reduce purchasing power. As machines replace workers
and these workers join the unemployment ranks, they will not receive the
wages necessary to buy the products brought by automation. Markets will
become saturated with products that people cannot afford to purchase.
Inventories will grow. Production will stop. Unemployment will reach
epidemic proportions and the result will be a massive economic depression.

We have to be more smart, so i will invite you to
look at the following video about the Israel army:

Why is the ISRAELI ARMY so POWERFUL? - VisualPolitik EN

You will notice that the english person that is talking

not speaking about the "inside" of the methodology,
and the methodology of the Israel army is agility
and flexibility that comes from the following, read my following

I will do more political philosophy about capitalism..

I think that capitalism is smart, but we have to know the most
important mechanisms that make capitalism smart, it is that
there is first the advanced integration of the economical systems
in the European zone or north American zone etc. that makes
them more competitive , so this kind of advanced integration of the
economical systems is "necessary" because it also allows us to not fall
in the deficiencies and weaknesses and archaism of nationalism and also
because it's necessary for competitiveness, also capitalism is not a
full economical integration between countries in the European zone
or north American zone or the like, because for the fact that more
powerful countries such as Germany in the European zone also wants
to benefit if it knows that to be competitive in a one of
its products or services, then it doesn't need help or economic
integration of the other european countries, so the European zone is not
full economic integration , but i think that the European economic zone
is a great step forward, so you are noticing that the game of capitalism
creates a "hierarchical" levels of economic powers from the most
powerful economic system to the less powerful economic system (even
inside Africa and between African countries), so i think that smart
governance in African countries is also aware of this fact about
capitalism , this is why they are adhering to capitalism as a system,
and this is also the game of capitalism.

I think even if the game of capitalism creates a hierarchical levels of
economic powers from the most powerful economic system to the less
powerful economic system (even inside Africa and between African
countries), i think that capitalism in Africa brings dignity to
Africans, read here to notice that the economic model have changed in
Africa, and even if many African countries are not making and selling
planes or cars, the economic development of a country or a region is no
longer Dependent on the development of the secondary sector or heavy
industry, read more here to notice it:

More about economic models..

"The economic models developed by the development economists of the
1960s, based on the idea of industrializing industries, seem to be
losing more and more of their unconditional supporters. The economic
development of a country or a region is no longer Dependent on the
development of the secondary sector or heavy industry. "
by M'Fadel El Halaissi, of which our readers are familiar, is Deputy
Chief Executive Officer of BMCE Bank.

Please read more in the following, it's from the Economist Magazine in
Morocco:

The economic conquest of Africa goes through the service sector

https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=auto&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.leconomiste.com%2Farticle%2F915791-la-conqu-te-conomique-de-l-afrique-passe-par-le-secteur-des-servicespar-m-fadel-el-ha

So i think that Africa and many south american countries are not
producing cars or planes and such products of the secondary sector or
heavy industry, since you have also to know that the economic model has
changed, so as you are noticing that Africa or many south american
countries don't need to produce cars or planes or such products of the
secondary sector or heavy industry, and notice that this new economic
model is benefiting a lot white USA and white Europe that can sell there
products of the secondary sector or heavy industry to others, also
white Europe and white USA is benefiting a lot from this exponential
progress of exponential growth of capitalism, so this is why i think
that white supremacism and neo-nazism are inferiority and stupidity.

More political philosophy about capitalism..

But how do i view capitalism ?

First you have to know that capitalism is not the system that governs,
but it is a system, but what i think that capitalism has to understand
more so that to be able to be smartness, i also think that the key here
is also exponential progress, i mean that capitalism must also
know that so that to be exponential progress in the number of its
customers etc. it must know how to make customers confident in
capitalism , so you are rapidly feeling that it is a serious matter, so
then you are rapidly noticing that if capitalism of for example USA is
governed by neo-nazis or white supremacists it will make capitalism a
failure, so we have not to waste our time with inferiority of neo-nazism
or white supremacism, so then we have to know how to not be deficiency
and archaism of nationalism, so the key here is that you have to know
how to play smartly at the game of capitalism knowing that you have to
make the customers confident towards you, so this also takes as a
requirement the quality of being able to be the right dose of Diplomacy
that makes you more smart and more efficient ! because Diplomacy is a an
important requirement in today civilization, and of course an important
question is the following: Is capitalism necessary? so here is my answer:

So there is many ways to attain the solution of the question and here is
one efficient way:

From where people get a correct judgment in Democracy ?

So you are noticing that to be able to be good judgment in Democracy,
you have to be correct "Elitism" that guides people, and you have to be
Meritocracy to be able to be the necessary quality or perfection, but
then you are noticing that to be able to be Meritocracy there must be
a reward for the merit, by for example rewarding by giving more
money, so for meritocracy to work i think that this makes capitalism
necessary.

Here is the proof of this exponential progress of the exponential growth
of capitalism that i was talking about above, read the following webpage
to notice it:

Capitalism switches from linear to exponential growth

http://parisinnovationreview.com/articles-en/capitalism-switches-from-linear-to-exponential-growth

Read the rest of my thoughts of my political philosophy:

More political philosophy about Communism..

There is one big problem with communism, and of communism of China, you
can know about it by contrasting a too centralized and not too
centralized and by by logically inferring the advantages and
disadvantages, the main problem of communism is a problem of diversity,
and what is it to be the right diversity? and now you are understanding
that to be more efficient and since i am thinking and writing rapidly
and this is the constraint, i have to proceed like by proving by logical
contradiction, so how can i make you feel the main problem of Communism
of China or Communism? so by like a proof by logical contradiction i
will ask the following: can you learn what is darkness by just looking
and analyzing the lightness ? so now you are immediatly noticing that
we are also learning from the darkness and we are also learning from
lightness ! so i think this diversity is necessary ! because it is right
that we have to know how to prevent mistakes, but we are also learning
by mistakes ! and i say that both the way of prevention and the way of
making mistakes are very important ! so this is the main problem of
dictatorship of Communism, it is too centralized and it is lacking on
diversity and it is thus lacking on both the way of learning by mistakes
and the way of prevention, and i say that in Democracy people has to be
prepared to learn by making mistakes and by being prevention ! i will
give you an example so that you understand rapidly, read the following
about this big problem or weakness of being too centralized of
dictatorship of Communism:

About agility and flexibility..

We have to be more smart, so i will invite you to

More political philosophy about socialism..

I think that socialism today as a system is a result of an inferior act
of human nature that has the tendency to being too much dictatorship or
too much fascism, socialism is like measuring individual smartness with
only smartness that comes from genetics neglecting smartness that comes
from culture, it is like neglecting to reason about some important
variables in the system in the context of this Globalization, it is also
too much idealism that neglects to see the weaknesses of socialism in
the reality and in practice, you will notice that even socialism in
Democracy is a bad thing, but socialism of a dictatorship is even worse
, since like in optimization in mathematics, since socialism has the
tendency to make the government too big , because it is simply
socialism, so how to be safe from this act of socialism ? and
since socialism has the tendency to make taxes too much high, so
this is not competitive in the context of this Globalization that needs
efficiency of competitiveness, and in dictatorship of Socialism
we are not safe from corruption of the government, and corruption in
morality can be lack of efficiency , so how can we "escape" this
corruption in a dictatorship? so you are noticing with me that
dictatorship is a big problem(read about it below on my writing to
understand better),also since socialism is solidarity so it also has the
tendency to help too much the national companies that are deficient and
this not good and this even engender too much debt and this is not good
in the context of this Globalization that needs competitiveness, and let
us take a look at my writing about socialism in Democracy, it is not
even in dictatorship, here is how it looks like:

Now I will talk about some deficiencies of socialism like high taxation..

I think that there is a real impact of high taxation of socialism on
economic growth, productivity and innovation.

Take for example Francois Hollande of the french socialist party,
I do not like the rich had cried Francois Hollande of the socialist
party during the election campaign that led to the presidency of France.
He went to a confiscatory tax and strangled the middle class with taxes.
As a result, as the rest of the world emerges from the recession, the
French economy stagnates, unemployment increases, young people decamp,
the purchasing power of the French falls by 1% per year and foreign
investors sulk. Euthanasia of capital and increased taxation have the
effect of impoverishing the whole of society. In this sense, it is
indeed egalitarianism.

But i have to be more technical about lowering the taxation,
here is what i will also technically say:

It is agreed that a lower taxes mechanically stimulates growth by the
effect of the multiplier tax effect: indeed, it results in an increase
in households or corporate profits, which favors consumption and/or
investment, and therefore, indirectly, the production and employment.

Here is the video of Francois Hollande where he said that he doesn't
like the rich:

"Je n'aime pas les riches" F-Hollande

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ui17eyLcJfk

And to know more about socialism , i invite you to read the following
from the white house from USA about socialism:

Thank you,
