INCOMPETENCE ET INCOMPETENTS ET VICTIMES DES INCOMPETENTS

qui n'en ont pas ete deja des victimes
des agissements des incompetents --)
C'est un comportement "humain" tres
REPANDU dans les administrations publiques
et dans les institutions notamment politiques-
(gh-ta'ss WE TEKKI LIH raasou ta7t al maa,
baach maa yetalla3ch annafs)expression marocaine.
Je cite :

them selves? As Incompetence as I have seen it is not on the part of
persons who are unaware that they are incompetent. I remember the bell
curve in school. Those with a "c" average or below damned well knew
they were not A or B students!
And if people did not know they were incompetent we would definately not
have unions like the public employees union
If people did not know they were incompetent I suppose it might explain
why Ronald Reagan picked George bush and George bush picked Dan
Quayle...though this was competence as Ronald Reagan was more competent
than Bush and Bush more competent than Quayle....The Confidence of
Competence sewed its own seeds of destruction in these republican
adminsitrations...but it was due to competence.
But thats not my point. My point is that the incompetent do indeed
band together in groups and protect each other's incompetence while
going out of their way to destroy or displace any one who is seemingly
competent.

I have seem this behaivor more than just a few times. Its
highlighted in the Marx Brother's film called night at the opera....the
best most talented or competent singer is denied even the opportunity to
prove this inate value.
Our society with its so called left leaning politics is about stiffeling
competence. Its what the anti trust law suits against microsoft were
about--against competence! Those who are incompetent are savagely
envious of those who are competent--take tonya harding as an example---"
