Hello,

More of my philosophy about the factors that cause cancer and about the survival rate of cancer and about life expectancy for obese men and women as a proof and about weight-loss drugs and about obesity and about cancer and about health and more of my thoughts...

I am a white arab from Morocco, and i think i am smart since i have also
invented many scalable algorithms and algorithms..

I think i have just discovered a pattern with my fluid intelligence, and it is the following (And read about it in my below thoughts):

And i invite you to read carefully the following article about the survival rate of all cancers, and it says:

"The 5-year relative survival rate for all cancers combined that were diagnosed during 2009 through 2015 was 67% overall, 68% in whites, and 62% in Blacks."

Facts & Figures 2020 Reports Largest One-year Drop in Cancer Mortality

Read more here:

https://www.cancer.org/latest-news/facts-and-figures-2020.html

So i am discovering a pattern with my fluid intelligence, since notice carefully that the survival rate of all cancers is 67% overall even when they are diagnozed , so i think that the dying rate of all cancers is still at 34% in the above article, and this confirms what i am saying below about the fact that the 4.2 and 3.5 years shorter lifespan of obese men and women in the study published in the Lancet Diabetes and Endocrinology means that there is a small percentage of the population of BMI between 25 and 29.9 that can die much more early of cancer, so this proves that overweight of BMI between 25 and 29.9 is not dangerous, since it also causes just a small percentage of cancer in the population of overweight BMI between 25 and 29.9 and even for obese of higher BMI."

So then i think the being overweight or obese is not really the problem that cause cancer, so i think there remains the following factors that cause cancer:

- Older age.
- A personal or family history of cancer.
- Using tobacco.
- Alcohol
- Specific chemicals
- Exposure to radiation, including ultraviolet radiation from the sun
- Poor diet
- Ultra-processed foods

So i invite you to read my following thoughts and writing about the most important factors that cause cancer:

So for poor diet, you can read the following article from CNN that says
the following:

"The researchers evaluated seven dietary factors: a low intake of vegetables, fruits, whole grains and dairy products and a high intake of processed meats, red meats and sugary beverages, such as soda.

“Low whole-grain consumption was associated with the largest cancer burden in the US, followed by low dairy intake, high processed-meat intake, low vegetable and fruit intake, high red-meat intake and high intake of sugar-sweetened beverages,” Zhang said."

Read more here:

https://www.cnn.com/2019/05/22/health/diet-cancer-risk-study/index.html

Also you have to know that essentially, all whole wheat products are whole grain, but not all whole grain products are whole wheat. Both whole grain and whole wheat contain all three parts of the grain kernel — the bran, endosperm, and germ.

And about Ultra-processed foods, here is my writing about it:

Ultra-processed foods may be linked to increased risk of cancer

"For every 10 per cent increase in ultra-processed food in a person’s diet, there was an increased incidence of 2 per cent for cancer overall, and a 19 per cent increase for ovarian cancer specifically.

Each 10 per cent increase in ultra-processed food consumption was also associated with increased mortality for cancer overall by 6 per cent, alongside a 16 per cent increase for breast cancer and a 30 per cent increase for ovarian cancer."

And about Alcohol, you can read my following writing:

Even light drinking can be harmful to health

https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2021/07/210714110410.htm

And about Bisphenol A (BPA), you can read my following thoughts and writing:

And from the following article in french from LeDevoir in Quebec Canada, it says that in the study the researchers calculated that consuming a serving of canned soup daily for five days led to a 1221% increase in BPA levels in urine compared to that of a serving of soup prepared from fresh ingredients, read more here and translate the article in french to english so that to understand:

https://www.ledevoir.com/societe/science/336762/des-soupes-en-conserve-au-bisphenol-a

But i think that according to a 2014 report from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), exposure of less than 2.25 milligrams per pound (5 mg per kg) of bodyweight per day are safe( Read about it here: https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/what-is-bpa ), so then i can conclude that for a canned soup for 5 days it has given in the above article 20,8 µg * 12.21 = 253.968 µg, so it is not even a 1 mg, so i think it is not problematic.

More of precision about Bisphenol A (BPA):

I think i am smart, and i have just read the following interesting serious article about Bisphenol A (BPA), and it says:

"..The results were published in 2018, concluding that doses of 2,500 µg/kg and below did not cause any adverse effects in rats, while a dose of 25,000 µg/kg caused some impact, including effects on the female reproductive tract and male pituitary gland. Over 100 studies have investigated the potential health risk from exposure to BPA in humans. The vast majority have shown no health effects."

Read more here:

How Low Can It Go? The Story Of BPA

https://www.acsh.org/news/2022/06/22/how-low-can-it-go-story-bpa-16383

So i think so that to be safe, you can set the dose of BPA
to 2,500 µg/kg or even to 25 ug/kg as is saying it the above article.

More of my philosophy about the survival rate of cancer and about life expectancy for obese men and women as a proof and about weight-loss drugs and about obesity and about cancer and about health and more of my thoughts...

And i invite you to read carefully the following article about the survival rate of all cancers, and it says:

More of my philosophy about life expectancy for obese men and women as a proof and about weight-loss drugs and about obesity and about cancer and about health and more of my thoughts...

So as you have just noticed , i have just said the following:

"So i am saying that BMI between 25 and 29.9 has only 11% increased risk of death, so i think that it is not dangerous, since statistically the chance is small, so it can kill a small percentage of the population of BMI between 25 and 29.9, so you have to understand the statistical significance of it."

So as a logical proof of it, you have to look at the study published in the Lancet Diabetes and Endocrinology that showed that life expectancy for obese men and women was 4.2 and 3.5 years shorter respectively than people in the entire healthy BMI weight range, so this proves what i am saying above, that there a a small percentage in the population of BMI between 25 and 29.9 that can die much more early, so it is why it gives only 4.2 and 3.5 years shorter lifespan in the study published in the Lancet Diabetes and Endocrinology, so you can read more about this study in the following article:

https://www.bbc.com/news/health-46031332

And read my previous thoughts so that to understand:

More of my philosophy about weight-loss drugs and about obesity and about cancer and about health and more of my thoughts..

Here is the four weight-loss interesting drugs that have been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for long-term use, but notice that Wegovy is too expensive:

1- Qsymia (phentermine/topiramate) is a member of the anorexiants drug
class and is commonly used for Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight). The
cost for Qsymia oral capsule, extended release (3.75 mg-23 mg) is
around $199 for a supply of 30 capsules, depending on the pharmacy
you visit, and it can help people lose at least 6 percent of body
weight.

2- The cost for naltrexone-bupropion (Contrave) oral tablet, extended
release (90 mg-8 mg) is around $668 for a supply of 120 tablets,
depending on the pharmacy you visit, and when combined with lifestyle
intervention and modest calorie reduction, seems to be quite
effective for 6-month and 1-year outcomes for clinically significant
weight loss (over 5% of total body weight).

3- Xenical (orlistat) is a member of the peripherally acting
antiobesity agents drug class and is commonly used for
Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight). The cost for Xenical oral
capsule 120 mg is around $803 for a supply of 90 capsules,
depending on the pharmacy you visit. You can expect to lose
around 5% of your starting body weight, every 3 months.
This means if you currently weigh 90kg, we’d expect you to
lose 4.5kg in 3 months

4- And Wegovy's list price is $1,349.02 a month, or more than $16,000
a year, at the full anti-obesity dose. Patients taking Wegovy lost an
average of 35 lbs (15.9 kg), or about 15% of their body weigh.

And read my previous thoughts so that to understand:

Metformin users had an incredible 54% lower incidence of all cancers compared to the general population. And generally, there’s a 59% increase in the incidence of cancer for every 5-unit increase in body mass index, or BMI, and Body Mass Index (BMI) is a person's weight in kilograms (or pounds) divided by the square of height in meters (or feet).

And read the following so that to notice it:

http://ohmedgroup.com/articles/metformin-the-worlds-first-true-anti-aging-drug/

But i think that so that to see the big picture, so here is the other statistics about the body mass index, or BMI:

BMI 15–18.5: 47% increased risk of death
BMI 18.5–24.9: no increase (normal)
BMI 25–29.9: 11% increased risk of death
BMI 30–34.9: 44% increased risk of death
BMI 35–39.9: 92% increased risk of death
BMI 40 or above: 171% increased risk of death

So as you notice that being overweight of a BMI between 25 and 29.9
has only 11% increased risk of death, so i think that the dangerous
BMI is at around 32 or above, so you have to do a calculation of your body mass index, or BMI.

More of my philosophy about Rapamycin and Metformin and about cancer and more of my thoughts..

With reference to observed survival in diabetic patients initiated with metformin monotherapy [survival time ratio (STR) = 1.0], adjusted median survival time was 15% lower (STR = 0.85, 95% CI 0.81-0.90) in matched individuals without diabetes, so diabetics taking metformin were shown to live 15% longer than healthy individuals without diabetes.

And Metformin was associated with a 31% reduction in the risk of cancer
and a 35% reduction in the odds of cancer mortality, and Statins exert
cancer-preventive effects of 16% reduction in the incidence of cancer
and a 36% reduction in cancer deaths.

Read the proof of it in the following articles so that to notice it:

Here for Metformin:

And more precision about I3C (Indole-3-carbinol) and cancer..

I have just read the following article, i invite you to read it:

Broccoli and Brussels sprouts: Cancer foes

https://news.harvard.edu/gazette/story/2019/05/beth-israel-researchers-uncover-anti-cancer-drug-mechanism-in-broccoli/

But i think that the above article is not speaking about the following
research that says the following about I3C (Indole-3-carbinol):

"In vivo studies showed that I3C inhibits the development of different
cancers in several animals when given before or in parallel to a
carcinogen. However, when I3C was given to the animals after the
carcinogen, I3C promoted carcinogenesis. This concern regarding the
long-term effects of I3C treatment on cancer risk in humans resulted in
some caution in the use of I3C as a dietary supplement in cancer
management protocols"

Read more here to notice it:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5989150/

So i don't advice to take I3C(Indole-3-carbinol) as a dietary
supplement, because I3C(Indole-3-carbinol) can reduce the risk of cancer
, but still you can have cancer even if you take I3C(Indole-3-carbinol)
, so it is dangerous to take I3C(Indole-3-carbinol) because taking
I3C(Indole-3-carbinol) after the carcinogen promotes carcinogenesis(read
my writing above to notice it).
