PLEASE HELP! Need some stats/info for a cocktail recipe contest

I'm currently doing research on internet contests in preparation for an
internet based cocktail recipe contest. We're looking to attract the
swing/cocktail lounge crowd. I'm asking for information on the
following items:

1) What was the biggest internet based contest to date?

2) What was the largest prize ever awarded via an internet contest?

3) Do any sites on the internet contain general statistics or
information about contests?

4) Have there been any large cocktail recipe contests and if so, who
held them?

5) What attracts people to internet contests (ie what's the best way to

get the word out)?

6) What would help us to attract the swing/loung culture crowd?
