The Delta Snake Daily Blues Web page will be expanding
it's format to cover any "roots," "folk" and any music that
can be considered remotely related to the blues. This can
emcompass jazz, rap, acid, folk, world, techo, reggae, oldies,
tex-mex, collecting, whatever.
The Snake has a volunteer staff of writers and reviewers
now, and is interested in writing from writers who would
like to express themselves about the music they love.
The target time for expanding the musical scope of the
Delta Snake is about two months. During this time, we hope
to recruit new writers (no minimum amount of copy
required) and collect material for the new sections.
New volunteer writers can simply contribute reportage,
reviews, or can comment on their genres with a personal
column (with their pictures and own title). All writing
is of course by-lined, and you always own all rights to
your work. When review CDs begin to come in, those will
be assigned to any reviewers who have come on board.

Take a look, and see if you'd like to be part of one of
the popular blues sites on the web, and hopefully
to be one of the most popular web publications for
music in general in the future.
