A list of PBS's great songs

Seeing an overwhelming response and interest in the oldies, yesterday
I wrote down all the good songs from PBS from a small collection of
cassettes that I have. These cassettes were bought from HMV. I don't
know how many of them are available now, because everytime HMV releases
a cassette of good collection of old songs they will be gone just like
that and we have to wait until it is released again. I had lost my
cassette of 'nagara havu, edakallu guddada mele' songs, so when I went
home last year I enquired at HMV to buy that cassette. They said It
was sold out long time back. They told me to check often but unfortunately
I didn't have the time. I have told my brother to buy immediately when
it comes.

Anyway the info is authentic to most of the songs, as it comes from
the HMV cassette. The article is a bit long so have patience. There
are many songs that I have left out (those I don't have it). PLEASE
ADD TO THE LIST. Add to the list in
such a way that that songs you add are grouped under the same movie.
Add to the same list so that at the end we will have a big list of
songs that we want to have for our collection.

Thanks a lot for taking the pains to type out the long list.
I will add to it if I can. I request the others too to do the same.

And btw, I am considering suing you... for causing an acute attack
of homesickness :-)

I was very much impressesd to read the list of PBS hits in news.I was
wondering if someone can tell me where can I get FTP sites for these or any other Kanada songs for sun workstations.I would appreciate very much if someone can supply me
with this information.
