Mantri apartments in Malleswaram

Folks,

I am actively pursuing to buy a property in B'lore and my father has
zeroed down on Mantri Greens. It is in Malleshwaram on Sampige road.

I know it is far from the IT corridor. However, putting aside that one
fact does anybody have any information about this particular project?

How is Mantri? A reputed builder? Any idea what to expect in rent for
3BR apartment in that area? Lastly, the builder is charging
Rs.3100/sq-feet. Does that sound reasonable?

I know many of the questions there are rhetorical, but I am just
getting started with Real Estates in bangalore,

Malleswaram is centre of Bangalore. Yes it is very costly . But as
you mentioned it very far from IT hubs like kormangala, STP.....With
present day trafffic. It will take 2 hours reach from Malleswaram to
Koramangala.
Try to search an apartment is Koramangala near by it will cheap and
definately you will get good deal. If you want to have between IT hub
and city..Jayanagar is good choice.
